I ordered three mini blizzards which were $3 a piece and an order of cheese curds my total came to $16. I get to the window and pay the girl argued with me for 10 minutes about which blizzards I order because they gave me two of the wrong kind. I told them I was missing cheese curds and she says I didnt order cheese curds. I said yes I did. So she says hold on Ill check. Closes drive thru door, and stands there for 7 minutes talking to another girl ignoring that Im still sitting there. I didnt get a receipt to prove what I ordered, but I sincerely hope that three mini blizzards are not $16. I ended up driving off bc I had to be somewhere.

I love DQ. This location, unfortunately, is the worst. The employees are always indifferent and never make your order correctly (theyre teenagers, so what can you expect?), and its always just kind of...dirty. I dont know how to explain it. Im normally not a picky person, and I hate giving bad reviews, but after being burned at this DQ over and over again, Ive pretty much given up. I still go there, because theyre the only ones that sell swirl cones dipped in chocolate (which is my favorite!), but my expectations are always incredibly low.

Former employeee here. I didnt even work here for a month before I dreaded coming into work. Very rude managers. No training or orientation for new employees. Didnt require a work permit. I was given a uniform 2x too big for me. The owners daughter allowed her under age kids take money and make the food. If the employees didnt know how to make it or didnt want to we would lie to the customer and say we were out. Other than that the food taste pretty good and the place is clean.

Really wish I could give negative stars. Awful. After ordering our food we realized there were two young children running around the kitchen and front counter area. Waited 20 minutes on our food and when we got it it was awful. Spent less money at Wendys and got way more for the price. I work at McDonalds and when I tasted dqs fries, they tasted like they had cooled down but then got redropped into the fry oil. The ice cream we got was the only thing remotely appetising.

Worst DQ ever!! If I could give negative stars I would. Waited for 20min till someone actually noticed I was waiting. I ordered a pecan cluster,she gave us 2 heath blizzards take them to get new ones I get the same thing go again for the 3rd time I end up with Chocolate cookie dough. Alot of customers were leaving bc they wouldnt even acknowledge anyone. The manager put everyone in bad moods . Save your time.

Dont try to go near closing time. 30 minutes before they close, they locked the doors and barred the drive thru window and started cleaning everything and this is the first time it has happened. There was a line of cars and they wouldnt say anything to them. Its a bunch of teenagers, but that shouldnt be an excuse. Just because you want to leave early doesnt mean you get to close early.....

Food was good, friendly service but ice cream making was subpar. Caramel sundae was ice cream with caramel poured to the side of the ice cream and not over it. Dipped cones were extremely small in comparison to other locations. When I say small, the ice was maybe an 1.5 inches past the top of the cone. Overall I would probably skip this location for another.

This place has become an absolute horrid joke. No longer have waffle cones, marshmallow sauce and tonight, May 15th, 2017, they are completely out of VANILLA ICE CREAM. I dont know what happened, this place used to be great but now its not even worth my time. Would not recommend.

Avoid this location. Do not stop here. Was standing in line, and they wouldnt even acknowledge me. The manager started decorating a cake at the counter , and wouldnt even move down so I could place my order. I walked out, and ate somewhere else.
