I arrived within 30 minutes before closing one night in late summer 2015. When we pulled up to the window, my passenger got out of the vehicle to tighten the straps holding down the kayaks on top of the car. It was an LGTB girl in the window who looked very frustrated. She locked the window and said she has to call the police if someone gets out of their vehicle at the drive-thru. He jumped back in the car and we left with the food. When I got it home, I wasnt too surprised to find they spit all over the food. I was surprised to see the spit was all over the outsides of the food, not inside. It was slimy and stretchy to the touch and smelled like bad breath. Pretty easy to identify. Never returning again.

The employees did not wash their hands before putting gloves on to make our food. They were swearing left and right online while making the food. The place was a mess. They got my order wrong, probably bc they were to busy talking instead of paying attention to making our food correctly and promptly. When I take a chance and go there they are always out of something. How can kfc be out of chicken! How can taco bell be out of beef! You could go through the driv thru to avoid this eye sore but then you would have to wait up to 20 minutes for "fast" food. I am taking my business else where.

Amazing service and food! Ordered a taco salad and it was perfectly made. The guy that made it was friendly and even asked if it was what I expected (when I went up to the counter to get a lid or take it home). My daughter had a special order burrito. No one can ever seem to get it right, but it was exactly what she ordered. Id like to mention the employees that were amazing...Trish, Darnell, Austin, Bob and also the other workers there were friendly. The restaurant was very clean.

TACO BELL IS DISGUSTING!! I only gave it one star because I couldnt go any lower! worst food I EVER ate. It gave me and my family explosive diarrhea, stomach cramps, headaches, and no one could sleep for the rest of the night. Taco bell uses the cheapest ingredients available. Dont eat it, you will regret it. They say Taco Bell is only a step up from dog food, but Id rather eat dog food.

Extremely slow. We sat and waited in line with no response from drive through. Pulled up to the side to see what was happening and the Cree was just standing around talking. Turns out her headset was dead. While we pulled off the next car pulled agreed to ask the same thing and ended up letting the person in front of us cut and order. We ended up leaving.

This place is a dump. Eat in area is a mess, out of lots of stuff, ice tea is water, and the staff is completely incompetent! Manager sitting on butt talking on cellphone..lobby music too loud, and the staff is rude! Wouldnt come back if everywhere else was closed!!! DO NOT EAT HERE! #boycottchelseatacobell

Good food. If your order is right. The artist fast food restaurant Ive ever gotten food from. Everything was sloppily made. Burrito broke and was leaking right out of the cover. Just poorly made food. I dont know whats wrong with this location.

Out of all the taco bells I have been at this one sits in the middle. Most of the issues I have had with this one is the amount of inaccurate order filling. I have had to come back several times to get the food they forgot.

Absolutely the best Taco Bell Ive ever been to. They are ALWAYS slow though. Expect to wait about 2 times as long as a normal fast food restaurant. Definitely worth the wait. I go here for lunch probably twice a week.

Always terribly slow...I mean Sometimes 20 minutes whether Im in the drive through or walk in. Update 3.20.17 Nothings changed. Mcdonalds is just as busy and are much quicker. Something wrong with these guys
