I only ordered one item and that was the General Tso. Sorry to say its not even close!!! General Tso is spicey with flavor and yours has none of that. It was breaded chicken covered in ketchup sauce. I do know how General Tso should taste like. You figure Basil would do a good General Tso but untrue. Basil, you may have the Sushi rolls down but your not even close on the Tso. How disappointing...... Never again will I order that mess. I might as well go to panda express? Yea right!!!!

As a lover of sushi, having lived in Hawaii and been to both Cali and Florida, I can honestly say that this is far and beyond my FAVOURITE sushi place! (The tempura is amazing, too.) It is very clean, the servers are nice, food arrives quickly, and it is always delicious! I come here whenever I can, despite living in Minnesota. I visited once a while back, when there was a different owner, and again today. Both times I was impressed by the quality of the food!

I live in Baltimore, MD. I was here visiting and we went to Basil for dinner. At the table we got Chinese, Thai, Mongolian, and Japanese meals. We also got three appetizers. Every single bite was perfection. I have eaten a lot of sushi in a lot of states and this was number one or two of all time for flavor, freshness, and value. The calamari appetizer was the best Ive ever had. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone.

Let me give it to you straight...you will not find better food in Williston! (And you wont have to wait an hour just to order!) My husband and I always ordered the sesame chicken and mongolian beef. We regularly got the chicken fried rice and sushi rolls for take-out. The staff is always friendly and professional. Try the Cream Cheese Wontons and the Jalepeno Tempura. You can thank me later. =)

Love love love.... So good.. The best sushi in town.. Plus the people that work here are great people that get to know you.. The more you come the more they hook you up with samples of new items..They have good things besides sushi.. The diced beef steak is really popular and delish... i get the same thing every time and it is absolutely fantastic every time. it takes about 10 minutes from the time i order to get my food. very fast service and friendly staff. i highly recommend this restaurant. i would rate it more but i only have the option if 5 stars.

Skip the sushi, eat the prepared meals. The Pad Thai was passable, but the curry was good. The sushi suffered from a bit of a flavor identity. Im pretty sure you could order any rolls from the menu and not be able to pinpoint exactly which one youre eating.

Staff hangs up the phone if call to ask them something. Example I had an issue to discuss with the manager when I ask for him they hang up.. Thats really rude and unacceptable customer service.. I wont be going there

I read the other posts about basil here and they are spot on. a little pricey but it is my favorite place to eat in town . they always remember my fiance and I and the food is always hot and top notch.

We dont eat seafood or sushi, so substituted with chicken in the Fred rice and pad thai. The worst Asian food I have ever eaten!!! Everything tasted like seafood. Horrible
