I have been visiting this restaurant for two years now, and I have noticed a gradual but steady decline in the quality of food, service, and cleanliness of the place. This used to be a good restaurant. I used to enjoy their food. They are open late and were usually pretty good at keeping food out. But the past three times or so that I have been, their selection has been pretty awful, their waitresses barely available, the food sub-par at absolute best, and the restaurant itself rather dingy and unkempt. This past time was the absolute last time I will *ever* go to that restaurant again. For one thing, a Saturday night during peak dinner hours is not the time to have cold, nasty food out on the bar and nothing refilled for large stretches of time, on both the Mongolian grill and regular buffet sides. I suppose at least *this* time our waitress actually managed to refill our glasses once, which is an improvement over the last visit. The real kicker, though, is that out of a party of six, five of us ended up with upset stomachs before we left. When we alerted the man at the register of the issues we had had during our visit, he argued with us about it and was rude and confrontational. Two of our party spent the rest of the night violently ill while the rest continued to suffer less severe stomach issues. I will never return to this restaurant, and would not recommend it to *anyone*. Do not make the mistake of spending $11 or so on a meal at this place when you could eat at a much nicer restaurant for the same price or cheaper.

Used to love to go here and eat. Some members of my family and I save up and go about 3 or 4 times a year to eat Crab Legs. My mom treated me Friday night and we go here to Hong Kong buffet. The first crab legs had been sitting in the pan way long and were mushy preventing them from being removed from the shell! Mom said something to one of the cooks and they said they were bringing some fresh out. The fresh were overcooked as well. Said something to waitress and she laughed in our face while continuing to not refill our drinks So we make it to the cashier, I ask the man if it were his restaurant, he informed me that he was the manager. So I told him of our issues, an that Im NOT seeking the whole 18 dollars a person difference, but I would appreciate some reduction of the ticket due to the fact that the crab legs were inedible and our server was rude. He replies with "sir, can you read", I said very well thank you, but what has that got to do with anything. He says price is posted as to how much it is and to pay or he call cop thats outside. I tell him we wont be back, he says he could care less. Once loyal customers now never to return. Guess we will have to find another place that has crab legs

We have been going here for several years now and used love it...We have noticed a decline in the quality of food. One of the first things we noticed was the grade of restaurant of 91, which normally we would walk out...but since we always enjoyed the buffet in the past decided to stay and eat....I can see now why it has dropped, first of all the buffet does not seem to be fully stocked and does not seem to be fresh like in the past. We love the crab legs being on the buffet, but we had to wait and wait before bring out fresh ones. Lets not talk about the cleanliness of the restaurant while eating we noticed roaches, which was the final straw.we brought this to the attention of the waitress who seemed like no big deal, give us $5 off the price of 2 buffets ,gee thanks now that dinner is totally spoiled, I can see why their business has dropped.who wants to carry roaches home with them???? maybe they should get an exterminator !!! Overall I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. If you have eaten here in the past do not expect it to be the same experience because in the past I would have given a excellent review.

Very displeased with this place! We went there with a very large group (13) about three months ago and I was completely underwhelmed. The food all looked like it had been sitting out for days, it tasted really bland and the whole place just felt....grimy. I echo previous reviews that cite a lack of English comprehension and disinterested service, and I couldnt believe what they charged - ended up being over $30 for my husband and I, and that was with one soda and no crab legs upgrade. The signs, where they existed, didnt match the food below them and everything looked and tasted oily. My stomach was roiling for the rest of the night and most of the following day. Save your money and skip this place - if you want hibachi, go for Genghis Grill on the low end or Arigato on the high end, and for authentic Chinese hit up Sampan.

Whoever wrote the last review either owns the restaurant or has no taste buds one or the other. This is simply is the worst Chinese Buffet I have ever eaten at and its too bad since it is close to me and convenient. Unfortunately it suffers from no taste or seasoning of its food if you are looking to just full your stomach without regard to taste or flavor then by all means go for it. But if you are looking for something with some flavor or taste save your hard earned money and go somewhere else this place is not for you. I hope the owners hire some good cooks or have their chief go to Chinese Cooking School because they need to learn how to cook flavorful Chinese food and right now they have no idea.

I had my first bad experience here about seven years ago. I try to give restaurants a chance but evrytime I visit this place there is an issue. Today I visited and hadnt in over a year. From the moment we walked in the customer service was non existent until the hostess, in a tone slightly above a whisper asked us "how many?". The health department was there checking temperatures, taking notes & the workers were feverishly running around replacing whatever foods were bring rejected by the approval of the inspectors. the food I ordered wasnt sushi but was raw af. When I brought it to the attention of one of the workers "its not raw, just under cooked"... That was the deciding factor to leave..

Good customer service. It has both soul food and Chinese, plus some sushi. I got couple different things to go. three different meats, some lo mien, egg roll and some triangle shaped cheese things that where not bad. I think they were suppose to be crab ran gu, which I cannot spell but they just had cheese in them. the chicken had no flavor, shrimp was hard and one of the types of chicken I ate was real chewy and I could not chew it. The egg roll was very dry and nasty. The lighting inside was little to dark but i did not mind it. Overall I would not recommend at least some of the food. Also, had some okra which was very soggy but tasted correct.
