"HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION - DELIVERY" I placed an order for delivery the lady taking the order was so busy placing me on hold that she did not ask if my credit/debit card was flat surfaced or imprinted. I waited 40 minutes for my order just for the delivery guy to arrive and tell me he cannot take my card because he could not make an imprint of the flat surface TD bank card i own. He asked for the food back said it was policy i was so upset but it was not his fault it was the fault of the lady taking orders. I checked my account right after to make sure I was not charged AND I WAS!!! so basically if all the money I had on my account was just spent on food i didnt obtain i would starve tonight because of bad communication. The food was amazing the first time I tried it but right now as i write this review hungrily awaiting papa johns that has no problem using my flat surfaced card i second guess ever supporting their business. -There was no work around so basically you leave an unhappy hungry customer who also was charged with the opinion that your business lacks customer service skills!

DO NOT EAT HERE! We just ordered for the first time since we live 2 minutes away. We usually order from Peking on 17th Ave and we wanted to try a different one out of curiosity. We will go back to Peking which is amazing by the way! Peking puts shrimp in their fried rice with no up-charge and theyre fast. Yum Yum is awful! If I could give them no stars I would. The lady on the phone was rude and doesnt know a thing about customer service. After 50 minutes of waiting for the delivery, I called and she said the driver was leaving. There was no apology. The food was horrible and over-priced. The food arrived after 57 min of waiting and I called when it arrived to see if I could come in and return my soggy chow main for a fresh lo main. The rude lady said in an aggressive and angry tone "NO EXCHANGES" and I asked if they could make an exception since they took an hour. She said it wasnt an hour, that it was 57 min. Im livid!

HORRIBLE!!!! Ive been ordering and eating at this place for 20+ years and every time I order I eat the same exact thing. Today I placed my order and the person that took my order got it wrong.He insisted that it was my fault because I ordered the wrong thing. First of all I DONT like vegetables and second I always order the chicken lo mein. Refused to send me what I ordered. Wanted me to pick it up. Insisted that it was my fault. Solution, I will never eat from there again and I will never refer anyone to their restaurant again. Maybe if he would have offered to solve the problem and NOT argue with me Id have a different opinion. Total bad business.

Dont ever eat here! Came to Miami on vacation was looking for a reasonable priced Chinese restaurant. When I called I ordered pick up the ordering went smooth. I order a lot of food they tell me "10 minutes" oh god one of those places.... I arrive and walk in the place is old and run down. My food is sitting on the counter where you pay in a food box they use there produce and food boxes as a food box all my food was cold too the touch. I get home and take a bite of the beef teriyaki it was cold overly salty and hard a rock!!!! The rest of the food tasted like garbage!

Its not chinese its cubans cooking there pork dumplings are horrible they sat ontop of lettuce and where spanish sausage, the soy for the dumpling was sweet and bitter nasty. and the egg drop soup was jello didnt even eat it and its my favorite but the lowmain was good its a good price but not chinese (new canton on 8st way better)

They honestly have the best honey chicken Ive ever tasted. They have great and inexpensive lunch and dinner specials. The rest of their food items are quite ordinary. They taste pretty good but theres nothing special. The honey chicken on the other hand, is quite amazing - order it, you wont be disappointed.

This is a great place to get good Chinese food! Prices are fair for the quality of food. This isnt a place that only serves the common Chinese American fare found in every take out place youve been to. Try their pan fried noodles with seafood, and their beef with noodle soup is so good on cold nights!

I am not sure why others gave them such bad reviews or what their expectations were however, for what it is, a family restaurant, I will continue to order from them and enjoy their food. Our favorites are the special fried rice and honey chicken.

I tried to order food, then they insulted my daughter and told us that we need should go to a mental hospital. These people are rude and do not deserve your money and your business, also their food is really bad, worst restaurant Ive been to.

I love this place, Ive been going here since I was a little girl and its where we always order from on holidays and birthdays. Its affordable, the staff is friendly, delivery is quick. I recommend the honey garlic chicken, and pork fried.

Im a taxi driver i eat every single day at that restaurant the service is excellent and the food is very fresh and its not pricy i go about 2 times a week with my family i recommend to anyone to come and eat in this restaurant

Excellent, take out chinese food. I am new to the area and found Yum Yum after several failed attempts to eat good chinese. I will be visiting Yum Yum often. The staff is very friendly and parking has never been a problem.

I ordered this weekend and the food was amazing from the appetizers to the fortune cookies. Delivered in a short time. This is the place after "Tien Kue" closed down and went to the gutter. My favorite new spot.

If youre looking for run of the mill, average, greasy Chinese food, Yum Yum is fine. They offer quick delivery and no frills. It wont blow your mind, but itll satisfy your Chinese delivery craving.
