Ive eaten here dozens of times so Im qualified to at least give a pretty objective review. My foods has always been made to order fresh and hot wether I call for pickup or ordered there. I mainly eat the chicken which I enjoy. Ive had the catfish and perch before and it was good but thats been a good year or more. As far as sides their fries are good, not all dried out like some places, Mac and cheese, green beans, greens, okra, and hush puppies are all on par with most places or better just depends. Ive had them be middle of the road to great at times but never bad. They have a good variety of canned and bottled drinks which is nice and desserts, never had any desserts so no input. Location is easy to get to, not in an upscale local but never had an issue with anyone there day or night. Employees seem professional, never been anything but polite. Ive even witnessed them replace food for unsatisfied people with no gripes and they still were polite. The last part is what gets them the five star, its a four star as far as food places but some of the people Ive seen them deal with and still be professional is worth a bonus in my opinion.

Very poor experience paid for 100 piece mixed chicken was expecting 25 pieces of each piece instead was given a small pan of wings, a large pan of majority legs and thighs and 4 breast. When contacting the company about this order they was unwilling to make any type of compromise or even talk about the order. Very unsatisfied customer! If I wanted majority dark meat I would have order all dark meat! For $79.99 it was not worth the money. ( dark meat is the cheapest part of the chicken to buy) Very disappointed! !!!

Good food but takes unreasonably long for order to be ready...even if you call in ahead. Example: I phoned in my order and was told I could pick up in 15-20 minutes. I took my time driving over and didnt arrive until 30 minutes after placing my order. Then, I STILL HAD TO WAIT 30 MINS INSIDE THE STOREFRONT FOR MY ORDER!!! Its like they didnt even START my order until I got there. By the way, the above example happened more than once. Good food but be prepared to wait...

Staff was very rude and was rushing us to leave. He tried to make me pay twice for the food and didnt apologize. I ordered 3 fish dinners and ask for tarter sauce. He gave me 3 packs and when I ask for more he thru me 2 and move on to the next person. The food is amazing and that will make me come back. Be sure not to let the light bro wait on u. So always bet on black.

Called in my order. Food was ready when I arrived. It was hot and fresh. It was nicely seasoned with the right amount of crunch. I recommend them if you want your money worth. 2pcs catfish, 4 whole chicken wings, fries and a can of pop!
