Verified hours and proceeded to drive down from VA. Imagine our surprise that the bead portion was not open. The guy behind the counter was so rude and only told me I needed "to go on Facebook, as hours on Google are incorrect, because customers post those hours". He didnt give a damn that I had called to verifier hours nor that we had driven so long. So word to the wise dont waste your time with this place! Wow! Ive never met anyone who could be in two places at the same time. Thats amazing that you were so rude to my mom and me in person, but yet you were home too! I only wish the woman I had spoken with the day before at 4:23PM (phone call lasted 32 seconds) had told me that yall wouldnt be open. Dont worry I wouldnt go into a place you owned if they paid me. Ill keep my business to people that truly understand customer service! Take care! If anyone is looking for a truly wonderful experience try Cloud 9 in nags head, in the Pirates Quay shopping center. Side note, Waveriders is also in the same shopping ceter with amazing coffees and food.

It takes a steep set of stairs to make it up to this coffee shop but it is truly worth the hike. This is a family owned business with high quality flavors accompanied by great customer service. Their espresso is stronger quality than a lot of the mainstream chains and worth the money. Ive gone every morning Ive been on vacation and will continue to go anytime Im in OBX! My pit bull car pal also give two paws up for their scones (his treat for being good in the car)! I give it 5 stars for great people and great coffee!

Awesome cold brews! The people that own this little shop (wish I had gotten their names) have given the place a great atmosphere. Very nice and dont mind answering a million questions from a tourist. The guy who owns it (again wish I had gotten his name, older gentlemen with a rad beard) helped me pick out a very unique pair of earrings for my mom and she LOVES them. When we come back next year, this will definitely be our go-to coffee shop. Thanks guys!

There was a Tropical Storm warning for the area so we were leaving early and wanted Coffee. The Website said they opened at 6:00. We got there at 6:30. The lady coming out of the door Gruffly told me they didnt open until 7:00. We waited until a young girl opened up at 7:00. She was super Rude to us!!! She apparently didnt have her Coffee yet! We wont be coming back!!!

Got a vanilla latte and it was the best Ive ever had. I loved the owners! They are so sweet and i adore the family business model. They have such a great selection of food and beverages and if theyre anywhere near as good as my latte then Ill definitely be back. I love that they do everything Italian style. Delicious!

The coffee wasnt very good. The smores tasted much more like rosemary coffee. While Id love to love rosemary coffee, I just couldnt develop the passion. Not very high rated in the customer service department. Ill go elsewhere in the future.

Good coffee, lots of selection. I had a regular latte, girlfriend had a vanilla one, and she said it was the best she ever had. Owner was friendly and chatted with us for a while.
