The employees are always courteous and the drinks are usually perfect. The only downside of this particular location is the wait. Rarely can you get served in under 10min, despite using the app and ordering ahead. Even at 7pm on a Tuesday night, the wait can be 15-20min. I think they might just be really understaffed for peak times and this particular location gets hit hard with customers at certain times. Not the employees fault but mgmt should be aware of this issue, they definitely need more baristas at the high volume times.

Just got out of the drive thru. The drinks are half way filled. The drive thru girl needs to be fired. I think this is not a job for her, super miserable. I double checked on my order which was beverage repeated back to me, she gave me a look, than I asked for sugar, and she showed her peers that I dare to ask for it. IMAGINE THAT!!!!!I dare to ask for a sugar!!!!! Too bad I didnt get her name. But lets hope its her normal shift, SO PLEASE, STAY AWAY FROM IT MON NIGHTS AFTER 5PM!!!!!!!!!

Used to love this Starbucks ! But havent been there in a year and on the last few weeks I have been there 3 times in the drive thru only. Alls I can say is even if there isnt a long line, you can expect to wait 15 min at least for your order . and then catch a rude attitude from the cashier when u ask for them to please remake your frappaccino because its all melted and I refused to pay $5.25 for a watery drink. If I could give zero stars I would!

There is a group who monopolizes the whole place - its impossible to get there on a Thursday night because of them. They are loud, they rearrange all the chairs and at one point blocked the entrance. Not good. And they allow the group to jump in line ahead of other customers.

Love this Starbucks.... staff very friendly everytime I visit... this is my favorite spot to go and I will continue to go...and recommend other, friends, family to also go.... love it here! Keep up the great work Starbucks <3

The coffee they are brewing is really good, but the staff could be more nice with non- native speakers. Or at least more understandable to their accent. Considering that our location is full of eastern Europe immigrants.

I was here 4 times in 7 days. And, Im new to the ap. Ford and coffee and tea were excellent as was the lemon pound cake and chocolate croissant. However, the staff was superb at order, check out and delivery.
