My experience was horrible. .. I pulled up to the gas pumps and nobody was around so I started pumping my own gas...when the gas was almost done the employee came up screaming at me... asking me why I pumped my own gas... when I explained that he wasnt around he started yelling more...if he was doing his job he would of been at the pumps and pumped my gas.. dnot know who they hire or how but they need to find a new way cause there was no need to curse and scream at a paying customer. ..my visit was October 18th around 3am... wawa needs to address how their employees talk to customers

The employee working behind the counter with dark brown hair was so rude to me, I just got out of the doctors office & was so upset I didnt read her name tag. She even scowled at me when I asked about the breakfast bagels. I will not return to that wawa, any other wawa employees are too happy to help except the brunette with the airbrushed eyebrows

Usually the service is good. Tonight, 10/27/16, the deli service, while polite and kind, totally missed the mark on both mine and my husbands orders. I think there is a lack of focus that needs to be addressed, especially concerning the afternoon and night shift workers.

i brought in my own Wawa cup from earlier in the day to reuse it and they did not give me the refill price. they said there store does not do that unless they are plastic reusable cups!
