When my fiance and I walked in the door we were greeted by the manager and seated immediately. Where we were served quickly by a very professional waitress. The menu was priced low so I did not expect anything elaborate but we were pleasantly suprised! They spared no detail "PERFECTION!" The entire restaurant has an authentic feel and appearance with beautiful paintings and decor. We are going there for dinner every night! We were so pleased, I had to shake the managers hand on the way out. WHY IS THIS PLACE NOT PACKED 8 DAYS OUT OF THE WEEK!?

Im a complete food snob/foodie and it doesnt get any more FreshMex than this place! The owners are actually from a little town in Mexico....Totally authentic food and great service. I didnt care for the salsa that was presented and the waiter came back with FRESH salsa verde that wasnt normally on the menu along with fab guacomole. We love personalized attention when dining...This isnt your typical whitewashed commercial establishment. If you want REAL Mexican and not Chipotle or Don Pablos this your place!

This place is great! We used to go to Puerto Nuevo, but we looked for another place because they always play the music to loud. We tried Dos Amigos also and wasnt impressed, the service was awful. We came here and within 5mins we were seated, had our drinks and our order was taken. The salsa is super yummy, its thicker then the other places, the Pina Tropical was super yummy. This place is definitely worth checking out! Weve been there three times in four days!

Sanitation rating 90.5 which we only saw on the way out or we would never have eaten here. Slow service. Three out of four meals brought together but finally had to hunt someone down to see where the fourth one was. It was then brought immediately. And it was lukewarm, implying it had been sitting out for some time. This was our first visit and it will be our last.

Food was very good here with a lot of flavor. Very big menu selection from chicken to fish and everything in between. If youre not a fan of spicy make sure you tell them.. my wife has a pineapple and mango chicken and said nothing about heat and it was very spicy! Besides that little not I would recommend for some good Mexican eats in Boone

Good food and service. My friends and I ate here several times and never had a problem. The prices when compared to other restaurants is very good. I could eat here as cheap as I can eat at fast food and still get better quality food than at fast food!

Always pleased with Los Arcos! We had a waitress named Stephanie Friday 8/14/2015.She worked her ass off. Our drinks were never empty. Anytime we needed anything we got it very fast. She was very nice and actually seemed like she was happy to be there.

Probably the best Mexican restaruant anywhere. I am pretty picky, too. They have a Tomatilla Salsa that is incredible but you have to ask for it. The tamales are homemade and so are the outstanding rellenos. Just writing about it makes me hungry.

Another Americanized version of Mexican cuisine, but its almost as good as Dos. While it doesnt have the drink specials that Dos does, it does give a 10% ASU discount, so it can be a little cheaper if youre a student on a budget.

Good food at good prices. I live in Boone and eat here fairly often for lunch and dinner. Always clean with friendly staff. Though they do get busy at times usually not as busy as other Mexican Restaurants in town.

The forgot part of my order, the steak was chopped up and tasted like dog food, and the salsa is pretty much just marinara sauce. I would definitely recommend to stay away from this restaurant.

Love this place! The pineapple ACP is the best item on the menu. The staff was great and really helpful. We had a group of 50ish and the food was brought out extremely quickly. Very impressed.
