Today will be my last visit to this restaurant. Usually the food makes up for the rude, unfriendly waitresses, but not todays experience. My mother and I went to Ruby for lunch and the service was horrendous. Our waitress had a puss on her face a mile long (forgivable) and neglected to check on us once after the food arrived; we couldnt even get our water glasses refilled (unforgivable). As a result we decided not to tip and left the restaurant. Unfortunately, my mother had left her cell phone at Ruby. When we went back to the restaurant the waitress blackmailed my mother threatening to not give the cell phone back until we tipped! Clearly we will never be coming back here again. Shame on you Ruby! Restaurants like Kashi make you the Burger King of Japanese restaurants!

Service os 1 star, food is 3 stars. Prices are ok. No wet napkins at the beginning, no sweets at the end( so far all restaurants this type give you something at the end) had 2 wait 4 tea forevet. Wont come back. Go to Tanjin or Sawa to feel the difference.

Cant wait to go back. Service and food were excellent. Pricing good. Bento-box dinner allowed me to choose and taste two entree items.
