Youve read the reviews. Youve seen the star count, but you told yourself "its a Chipotle - its a chain. How could it possibly be that bad?" Take it from me - its that bad. I had the misfortune of placing my order online ahead of time and picking it up there. First of all the parking was a nightmare. People double parking all over the place When I got out of the place I had five people fighting for my spot. Inside the line was ridiculous. I waited for 30 minutes to "quickly" pick up my food and by the time I was out of there the people that had come in at the same time as me and gotten in line were only half way through! Then there is the food. How many different ways can you screw up an order? I paid for a ridiculously overpriced kids meal only to discover that there was no meat in it! Not much of a "kids chicken meal" if there is no CHICKEN IN IT - HELLO PEOPLE! Next up was my burrito - somehow someone hadnt gotten the memo that I requested lettuce in my burrito bowl. Some people may be a fan of just rice, beans, meat, and dairy, but I like to at least pretend that Im eating something healthy by having a little green in there. Last item wasnt 100% under their control, but a little more planning ahead could have averted a disaster. After all that someone had the bright idea of putting my order in two separate bags instead of one tidy big to-go bag. On top of that someone had gotten the bottom of the bag sopping wet with who knows what (water? grease? mystery liquid?) so when I was walking from my car to my house the bottom broke out and half of my food spilled all over the driveway. Would have been nice to have a proper to-go bag - I saw them handing them out to other customers there. Well there you have it. Not just another Chipotle Edit from one star up to two - after sending them a truthful email they offered to refund the order and pony up for a replacement. At least the corporate customer service is looking out for their patrons.

I want to love this Chipotle for all of the great times and tacos, but I just cant. This is such an inconsistent location. Some days everything will be absolutely perfectly heated and cooled and will taste like heaven, and some days the rice will be so undercooked that I wonder if the employees are even trying anymore. Sometimes they will fill my tacos up and I feel like I get my moneys worth. Some days they sloppily throw everything together and put so little cheese that I have to ask for more twice, and the server gives me this look like "you happy now?" The parking is also a nightmare in itself. Still, once in a while the stars will align and you will get taco perfection from this place, and dang will it be good.

Service was horrible. First time Ive been to this chipotle in CT and Im originally from Florida. Each employee down the line was not attentive at all to my order. They were rushing everyone down the line that each person was forgetting my order when they asked me more than one time. Also portions were completely off. I received little rice and little beans but more cheese and corn than necessary. I also ordered a side tortilla and it was caught up next to someone elses order Because they didnt slide it down with my bowl. The medium salsa also tasted extremely over salted. Pretty disappointed in their service. Their communication down the service line is horrible.

I love chipotle, would even consider it my favorite "fast" food. but every time I have been to this location I am disappointed. It seems as if they dole out 1/2 the portions of every other chipotle Ive been to, and ive been to many. in addition, prices are higher as well which only reinforces the feeling of being taken advantage of. whoever is running the store is obviously trying to get as much out of it as they can by using chipotles good reputation. Do not recommend.

I have been to Chipotles all over the US. This is by far my favorite. The crew that works there was incredibly nice and the food was great. They helped cater an event I was putting together and it was a breeze because of them. They walked through the menu with me and had great suggestions as to what I should order. They were also very helpful when it came to figuring out ingredients regarding food allergies. Thanks Guys!

The best thing about Chipotle is that you know what you are going to get. It meets my expectations and satisfies the craving. The service is fast and friendly and everything you expect it to be. It can be a little tough to get a seat during peak hours unless you dont mind the stools near the ordering line and being surrounded by those hungry folks waiting to order their food.

Everytime I go there theres a line waiting to order. The seating is limited but I have to say that its worth the wait. The bowl is phenomenal and the staff is orderly and organized. The fact that the ingredients are fresh,local and tasteful, need I say more. Also one particular staff member is heavy on the hand of portion makes me go back time and time again!!!

Ok this is for start I was with someone a small kid and he made a mess and broke the burrito and was on the verge of crying, this lady at the counter, sunny she is African American, at Norwalk Connecticut store was so super accommodating amazing and help by coming to us and making sure he was happy amazing they should have people like here. Thank you

Good Chipotle. If you have been to one you have been to them all. The issue with this particular one is the parking. It is an absolute pain to get in and out of the lot. There are only about 10 spots and if people are waiting for a spot, traffic on the post road will start to be impacted.

Im a big Chipotle fan, but this place is not well managed. They ran out of Sour cream, steak, and green hot sauce. They were skimpy on the meat that they did have. With all of the good restaurants in the area and plenty of burrito places, there is no need to come back to this place.

This place is awesome. Period. I do not enjoy cilantro, and I can get any item they offer without it. Glory be. Prices are reasonable, and besides a slight wait due to popularity, this place is a great stop no matter the time of day. Plus, they serve beer. Score!

Gluten Free Beware!! I have an extreme sensitivity and have repeatedly been sick after eating at this location. The food is very good which is why I want a take out option but I can only give it one star because care is not taken when preparing food here.

Norwalk has a decent amount of Hispanic/Mexican options. People seem to flock here because of popularity and reputation. I wont say chipotle isnt good, but there are some really great places not too far where your dollar goes further, and is better

I usually love Chipotle, but this is not my favorite location. Both times I have come here, they skimp you on the meat. I always order a burrito bowl, and I am definitely unhappy when you can see the bottom of the bowl.
