- couldnt enjoy my meal in peace, never going back - came here all the time with friends and family, like the food, especially the omelettes, but came here one sunday morning (we always come on weekend mornings) and the place was packed, we waited the usual time for a table, but when we got the table one of us (me) had to sit in the aisle (which is tiny and busy with the servers running around), i asked for another table before we sat down and said there are none, i said well wait again for another table, no worries, they ignored me and ran off, i was sitting there with peoples backs hitting me left and right every minute, i was the only one in the whole place with that situation, i sat there so angry, i felt really used, i didnt appreciate the way that went, i couldnt even enjoy my meal in peace, im not going back, if you cant respect my time and peace of mind, then its not worth coming back to in my opinion

Highly recommended. Where else can you go and be personally greeted by the owner! He even stopped by our table, the food was cooked to perfection, the atmosphere was great too. Sure minimal parking, and the lot is usually full.... But doesnt that tell you what others already know? Its 100% worth it. Try the speciality pancakes, macadamia nut .... Soooo good. Im not concerned about the wait time, parking... Or tightness...I want the food they display on their commercials...and this place has it. Done right. Thanks Steve for everything...Like Arnold said " Ill be back ".. And this time with the whole clan. This place is a throw back... Breakfast done right and a helluva lot cheaper than a diner. Ive found my new breakfast place....smh... And to think theyve been there for years...no wonder... Its by far the BEST I HOP Ive been to. My personal rating 10 out of 10....

I usually come here and never had an issue well until today.. So my server Juan comes over to us to take our order; im use to ordering unlimited pancake eggs combo however that promotion was available no problem im have the same add hash brown this fool tell me its a dollar extra my face was frozen he continues to say im telling younso your not in shock when the bill comes... i said he can not be serious did i ask him about prices this is Ihop than take my menu to show me prices disgusting. I will no longer come here. They need to teach Juan how to communicate with consumers.

Excellent first experience at this IHOP. My family and I went on a Saturday for brunch. There was about a 20 minute wait so very busy. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean, very pleasant reception staff, and good service. The food we ordered was also good. Absolutely no complaints about our experience. I even decided to tell the manager because hearing job well done is needed sometimes.

Just went this evening. Myself, husband and 3 kids. Immediately brought to a back area with only 2 other people despite the main dinning area still having seating. Food was mediocre, staff was not welcoming, really kind of rude especially a young girl Lorena. Answered a question with a snip answer she repeated three times in a snot nose manner. Dont waist your time. Go to a real diner!

My Experience @ Ihops 1) Make Sure You Bring A Bottle Of Cologne Or Purfume Whether Your A Guy Or Woman , You Will Smell Like a Smoke Stack When You Come Out ! 2) When They Ask You How You Like Your Eggs Cooked , Dont say Omelette Style They Will Charge You $1.00 For It ! #3, Otherwise The Food Is Well Cooked and Prepared Properly .. Maybe because it was mothers day, but service was pretty bad. Having to wait 45min for breakfast food is way too long. We waited 30min for them to bring our drinks and had to ask 3 times for crayons for my kids. Then when they did bring our coffee, the mug was half covered with syrup. Wont come back to this location again.

My Family stopped here on Easter Sunday for a late morning breakfast. Our group of 5 was seated within 5 minutes which really suprised me for a holiday morning. The rest of the experience was similar to any Sunday morning breakfast at any IHOP. Good food and good service.....

Our waitress, Samantha would check to see if we needed anything occasionally, which is good. Nothing bad to say, good food and service. And to answer the guy that said the parkinglot being always full, I guess thats a sign of a good place to eat.

Most IHOP are the same story. Food is good for what it is but they are not clean. This IHOP is always spotless Foods always fresh. Place is always packed but they seat you quick, serve you quick and get you out. Its run very well

Disregarding how there is usually never parking here, this IHOP is always busy. Other than that consideration, the quality of the food for the price you pay isnt on line with you would get at say a diner, which is unfortunate.

This is my favorite IHOP even though we have 2 that are closer well gladly drive 20 minutes to this one. Staff is great and on top of everything. Owner is usually around and is always friendly. Food is out quickly and yummy

The best IHOP Ive ever been to. Portions are generous, staff very polite, and food is delicious. Bacon strips are done how they should be, just the right amount crispy. Ive been to many IHOPs and this one is my favorite.

Perfect except for the parking. One of the best places to eat around. Always friendly staff, always clean, always delicious. Very difficult to get in anytime before 1pm on a Sunday though as theyre super packed.

just like any IHOP, you gotta expect long wait and lots of people. The food is great just like any IHOP. They will never disappoint you in taste. It is just the long wait that is the down side.

Always have good service and the good is very good. The value of the meal is reasonable. I wish they still serve Lipton tea, although the upgraded tea is good even though it is more expensive.

Ive been coming to this IHOP for years. The service is usually fast and courteous. Great neighborhood eats. Walking distance from my house never have to worry about parking..

They have great service and very nice waiters and hosts. Its always packed. Food is good, but a few times Ive had issues (like a hair, or raw egg), hence taking away 1 star.
