Disgusting, my bowl was cold. rices beans and a tiny piece of pork all as cold as the guacamole. My bowl was under filled. I always get chipotle in the city this was like a bootleg version. Tell your workers to fill the bowl make sure the food is hot. U have two jobs. Im sure one genius over there can handle that.

I live 3 minutes from this place and Ill never go back. If I was the owner of chipotle I would be embarrassed that this place is open. There is clearly a problem with their heating tray as my food was not hot at all.

Bad experience. Old guacamole, old cold steak, I had to beg to more rice in my bowl...is worth the drive to Carle Place franchise. Yes, the kids were nice. The store needs more handicapped parking space. Ugh.

The staff is fantastic and the food is always delicious here. The managers there are super friendly and always looking to make things right. One of my favorite locations, I would highly recommend.

Its Chipotle. If you like it, this is a decent location. If not, dont bother, this one wont change your mind. I cant really see anything different between this location and any others.

Everything here is spicy. The mild salsa is spicy and the guac and corn is spicy. Its like they put jalapeño in everything. I have never had this problem at any other chipotle.

Your run of the mill Chipotle, only problems Ive had is that they wrap a burrito a little poorly and the food is sometimes on the colder side.
