I walked by a few minutes before they opened their doors, all the staff was sitting around and eating. Came back in 15 mins after they opened and they clearly need to get their act together as half the trays were still empty. Super slow in their responses as if they either are not fully awake or hung over. The guy behind the counter just had a blank stare and kept forgetting what I asked for. (Its literally right there and instantaneous..)Yet, when I ordered a couple of veggie bowls, thinking they will bring the grilled veggies out. He proceeded to pack my bowl, and I asked him why isnt he waiting for the veggies. He told me "they arent ready, and thats not what a veggie bowl means. It just means no meat." Um.....if I wanted just rice and beans...I would have said so. I actually wouldnt have minded if they were honest or at least apologetic for their sluggishness and lack of preparation. But to cut corners and then blame it on the customer for not understanding what a "veggie" bowl means (it means there are freaking veggies.) I told them I didnt want mine anymore and paid for just one of them since my niece needed to eat. They couldnt have cared less. This location needs major re-training or just need all new staffing.

I called to place an order for pick-up on my work lunch break (I only have so much time) and they told me to call back in ten minutes....wait. what?! Not only did they not take my name or number and offer to call ME back when they could take my order - but they told me to call THEM back in ten minutes....by that time my lunch break time has already started ticking. Thanks Chipotle Riverside. Ill be heading to Cantina downtown to pick up some lunch. By the time I drive ten minutes that way at least ill get amazing food and service.

The worst Chipotle ever. I had such a bad experience I decided to look at the reviews online as I at my miniature burrito. To my surprise, everyone else has been having the same experience for months. Beyond slow, even though there were more employees then customers; portions add up to half a burrito at any other chipotle; every table was a mess; and employees were rude ,if not entirely absent, from what was going on. someone at the coporate office needs to check this place because they are definitely giving chipotle a bad name.

Eaten at this joint probably few times since it opened brand new few months ago. Two things are correctly pointed out by other reviewers - long inefficient serving times, and quantity. In addition, I feel I may have gotten sick couple of times due to their chicken. Since, getting sick seemed generic to all chipotle, I have simply stopped eating at CMG.

Never had an issue with the food here. Been going since it opened. Parking lot can be busy but always find a spot. There is used to be long lines but not so much anymore. Always use the app to order online. Some times food isnt ready when it says it will be on the app and have to wait a couple of minutes but nothing bad. Food is always good.

This place is a mess... easily the SLOWEST Chipotle I have ever been in, they screw up an online order when the order is sitting right in front of you, and tonight they ran out of cheese?! How does that even happen? Clearly poorly managed. Do yourself a favor and go to the downtown Greenwich or Darien locations they are 1000% better.

Skimping on quantity: I went there for a bowl and I barely had a spoonful of rice. Everything was in very very small quantity. The problem is that they think that because they are in Greenwich they can get away with being cheap. This is a problem. Will not go there again.

Regular Chipotle fast-food store serving Mexican-inspired dishes. The music can be a bit too loud sometimes. Also, I wonder why they only put plastic forks on the silverware station?? If you want a knife or a spoon you always have to ask at the counter.

One of the smallest Chipotles I’ve ever seen. Staff friendliness and morale needs improvement because the all look unhappy to be there working. Parking is plentiful, but hard to enter and exit.
