I had my order delivered and it took almost an hour after I ordered my food before I called and where it was, the lady on the phone said their delivery guy had left already and he wasnt answering his phone and gets there 20 minutes later. When I went over to sign the receipt he was very rude and and kept asking for a tip. When I said I didnt have any cash on me and that I wasnt tipping him, he got upset and started yelling and cursing at me saying that I cant order from there anymore and have it delivered because I wont tip. Never again will I order from there.

Horrible! I ordered dinner while visiting in sag harbor for delivery expecting a fair wait time. I call 2 hours later with a group of hungry guests to be told that the food will not arrive for another 45 mins after waiting 2 hours. The person answering the phones was in not only remorseful but rather rude and told me it would be 20 mins longer. Thenn he hung up the phone and told me our food would not be delivered. Stay far awake

Im surprised at the low ratings of this great place. Overall its a 4, but I gave it 5 to try to bump up the ratings a bit. The service was excellent and the food was fresh and delicious. When we were there we were one of 3 separate tables with young kids, and there was one other table with a couple sitting at it, at 5:30 pm. Again, the food was really very fresh and tasty! We will be coming here again.

SKIP THIS RESTAURANT. The food is NOT fresh! Brown avocado in the California roll, old grungey looking ginger.....and this is not the first time. I thought maybe the first two times were isolated incidents, but it is apparent that this restaurants chef and owner has NO INTEREST in giving people fresh Japanese food for the price they have to pay! Unacceptable. Will never go to Phoenix again.

great food, over all i think its the best place to get chinese, do not agree with half of the ppl bashing this place Ive never had a problem a food def is fresh sushi is great i order a couple times a week, the old guy that delivers thats a different story but over all great place to eat or take out with one of the best tasting chinese on the EH -wasincott area

Just refused service,was told I could order takeout. The waiters explanation for this was that I no longer tipped which isnt true at all. Last few times I ate there the waiter seemed to have an attitude and didnt even look me in the eye as he took my order. No longer a customer of this business.

Been eating there for years. I havent caught Hepatitis ( it wasnt Hepatitis) as far as I know from there. Its "Chinese food" of some sought Im told and a sushi bar. If you want Chinese food and sushi, this will suffice. Especially if you love salt.

Not the best but certainly not as bad as some on here have said. Scallion pancakes are good and so is the Sweet and sour soup. Its a good standby and one of the only places that delivers.
