#36 on the Worcester Pizza Quest It has been a long long time since the last pizza quest (First child delayed a lot of pizza eating). Who cares Robyn Z let’s get to the pizza review! I made the call and the person answering the phone was friendly and professional sounding. He did not sound too busy, was very welcoming, and a pleasant experience for a phone order. I ordered a large cheese and small mushroom. I have the address and a GPS but drove around a bit trying to locate the restaurant. This was once called Pizza Tower but now is called Ronzio’s. It is located in the Lincoln plaza in the upper section of the strip mall with a big bright sign. The walk-in displayed a domino’s pizza style counter in front. The place was clean and well taken care of. The person at the counter was a young guy who greeted me with happy, fun, and grateful manner. It made me feel I made the right choice for taking the time to order pizza from them. The pizza was ready when I arrived so I was able to leave quickly. I had good feelings about the pizzas. Plopped the pizza box on the dining room table and was ready to eat some pizza. We happily opened the pizza box and did not get a lot of the pizza smell that usually comes with a pizza. The overall experience of the pizza ordering processes was great so the expectation of a good pizza was high. Then we took the first bite! The pizza lacked any real flavor. The sauce was very blah and did not seem to hold a lot of spices or tomato flavor. The cheese was nothing special, no real flavor coming from that. The curst was super soft and very blah. Sadly this pizza was a blah pizza. We ate the cheese pizza and did not touch the mushroom pizza. The customer service is great but did not help the pizza flavor and was below most of the pizzas that we have been tried. Maybe this was an off day. Some day in the future we will try it again just to make sure the pizza was as bad as the one we purchased. Worcester has dozens and dozens of pizza restaurants and few have stopped us from eating cold pizza the next day. With this pizza we just sadly had to put it in the trash. I wanted to like this place but I would not recommend the pizza. Hopefully some day in the future I will re-review the restaurant.

To be honest this place use to be my go to for broccoli and cheese calzons ....today however changed that. I call to order my calzon the guy said 10 I said perfect I was about 5-6 min away and I needed gas. I walked in after about 12 min the guy behind the counter said about another 4 min I paid said no problem and waited .......heres what first pissed me off the most they other guy in the back just now starts to make my food I mean I get if your busy but be straight dont lie. So I commented that I was told 10 min on the phone and your just now putting it in. The guy explained I just came in......now to the 2 reason why I wont come here I got my calzon no apologies nothing. I get to my car and check it out now that Im hungry and going to be late for my return to work and the cheese in the calzon is not melted at all the FROZZEN broccoli was ice cold. So I brought it back showed this guy he said thats the way we make it......DUDE ITS COLD. So do I get an apology then no he opens the draw took out 3.20 cash handed it too me and snached the box out my hand never once offer me anything for my inconvenience or the fact that there services was very poor....very unhappy former customer.

The food is fairly inexpensive so Im going with 2 stars but the food also isnt really any good. Im not a fan of the typical pizza in this area so was excited to see this place, with its traditional Rhode Island style pizza. Its a chain so I knew going in that it would be all branding and little substance and that guess was spot on. The people running the kitchen were friendly enough, but this place doesnt really care about ingredients. I would say the food is on par with a hospital cafeteria or some other place that get pre-fab frozen food and pawns it off as fresh. Another reviewer mentions this is thin-crust pizza which is a stretch. Ive included a photo so you can judge for yourself. No need to go back for me, but if you tend to like the local pizza offerings, this place is roughly on par with the thousands of other no-name pizza places around.

This my first time reviewing a business and im starting with my favorite pizza place Ronzio! Ive been to this place many times for their thin crust perfection. not soggy, not too crispy where its like cracker. The mushroom one is my favorite. it has best of both worlds, meat and veggie. the salty meat gave it good flavor and I love mushrooms on my pizza too. add a little extra sprinkle of parm and chili flakes and its the perfect bite.

The food is top notch and the owner is the nicest gentleman with a high level of customer service. My family & I also really enjoyed the chubby Puerto Rican delivery driver. He made my family feel very comfortable & hes also very funny! Sad to know he stopped working there a couple of months ago. :(

They never have slices ready for lunch. The daytime cooks sit outside smoking amd ignore phone calls. I work in the plaza and none of us will go back there for our lunch break. They should be embarassed and hire people who will actually work and not think their job is to smoke ciggarettes.

Been waiting for an hour an a half for my food. When I first called they didnt have tuna or chicken tenders. I normally dont have an issue with them but to wait this long for a salad and sub is ridiculous
