Store owner and employees have no respect for customers. When presented with a problem they become extremely rude and defensive, the manager/owner told me to my face, "corporate wont say anything, bring it on" when I told him I was going to complain to someone above him after I was over charged and not refunded. I Will never support this franchise again.

Someday Ill figure out why MacDonalds is still in business... With DQ in town, there is no better fast food within a 15 mile radius. Always friendly, always as quick as they can be. Yes, sometimes you wait, because they are busy. Extremely well managed.

Great food. A little on the expensive side for the type of food they serve but overall, well worth the trip and wait. Staff could be a little more happier but overall a great place to grab your favorite comfort foods. Great ice cream selection!

Entire staff is incompetent, got my order wrong three visits in a row. Did NOT refund my money after overcharging me for 2 burgers we did not get. Manager/store owner was extremely rude. Tables were sticky and messy.
