Dont let the minimal reviews or lack of stars let you skip over this new gem. Recently opened ServiceStation Kitchen has a really nice ambiance and their food is delicious. Parking can be sketchy, so if you see a space on the street or when you first enter the lot, definitely take it. To add to the atmosphere, theres a rope thing you drive over when entering the driveway that rings a service bell by the front door. They do take reservations, which is highly recommended since its a popular new spot and the wait can be very long. We started with the spinach and artichoke dip which was very tasty and split easily between 4 people. More emphasis on the spinach and artichoke and less on the cheese which was great. Chips they served with it tasted more like crisp puff pastries but it was really good. We also got the watermelon gin drink which was too strong for my liking but my friend said it was good ( I gave him mine). Sitting outside was pretty muggy but it was a lot quieter and more spacious than cramming inside. 2 of us got the Fried chicken sandwich with a side of fries which was absolutely amazing. The chicken was juicy and perfectly cooked and the coleslaw on top was great. Highly recommend this sandwich. We also got the cheesesteak sand which which for $20 was a great portion size and the meat was cooked perfectly. A+ for sure. The ribs were amazing. Half a rack is more than plenty and could be shared if youre not too hungry. A+ Cookie Sunday was good but for the price, youre better off getting some freshly baked cookies at Levain down the st or Sylvester and co in sag. Anyways, we waited till one of our last days to try this due to lack of reviews and large crowds when passing by but we are already planning on fitting it in 1-2 more times before we leave this week due to our awesome experience and the delicious fare. Call ahead and have a great meal here.

This is a great place , kind of inconspicuous from the outside, and very warm, comfortable and laid back on the inside. The service and the food were excellent. Great menu, very large servings with high quality ingredients and a wonderful brunch selection as well. A brilliant place to visit. Why the 4 stars and not 5...well I had one of the most bizarre experiences ordering a drink that Ive ever encountered anywhere in or out of this country. I ordered a Lagavulin neat. The waiter immediately informed me that they dont have this scotch. However, it was standing prominently on the shelf and was easy to spot from my table. I asked the waiter to double check. When I was served, they blew me away. They put the scotch in a shaker with ice, shook it up until it was ice cold and watered down... and then served it in a martini glass!! Incredible to the point of ludicrous! If you know this particular Islay scotch you will understand just how insane this preparation and presentation was. If you are not familiar, then never mind. Overall the food was great, the service was excellent and the prices were reasonable and fair for this area. I would definitely come back and still highly recommend this restaurant. I just cant believe that an Islay scotch ordered neat, came to me like a fru fru watered down hipster drink. Im more bemused than anything else. But perhaps someone should inform the bartender what neat means. It doesnt mean ice and water down my scotch so that it resemble a watery taste of peat. Not a deal breaker, just kind of weird.. Go anyway, its a wonderful restaurant. You cant go wrong here.

I had an amazing experience here. I feel that it is a hidden gem for now because its still a new place and seems to be getting by on reputation alone. I had a very nice server name Dominic who guided me through the menu and told me everything I needed and wanted to know. I also had some very tasty and "trendy" cocktails made by a very eccentric and friendly bartender named Alex. The food came out in a timely fashion as well as my cocktails. The setting and the decor was very clean and comfortable. I dont want to tell you what dishes my guests and I had because there was a number of us and we all have something different and we all enjoyed everything!!! All I can tell you is got there, enjoy yourself and tell everyone about it. And dont worry about taking out a second mortgage on your home before you go to dinner there because unlike most places up here they dont beat you over the head in prices.

This is one of the rare places in the Hamptons where the Hamptons prices actually justify themselves... For starters, the food here is not only fantastic but also generously portioned. Then environment is elegant but also cozy and not pretentious and the service is attentive and on point. The owner is usually there and knows many of his customers personally. His passion for his restaurant (and his other great businesses in the hamptons) is evident in many details. He has achieved a really fantastic balance between the refinement that is expected in the hamptons, and a down to earth, humane touch which makes dining here a pleasure! The roast chicken is my favorite.

This restaurant is a winner! We know this place since it was the Quiet Clam. The interior space is vastly improved. The menu is terrific and the food is better than expected. We dine out often and are not easily impressed. While the restaurant can be a bit noisy, thats a reflection of its success. I cant think of another place in the Hamptons that offers the range of choices available here. The " value for the money " proposition clinches it. Im delighted to offer my personal recommendation!

The waiter lacked even the most basic knowledge, he had to run back to the kitchen for every simple question. The place is a little grubby looking which in and of itself Is not a big deal but they still charged over $30 for a cup of soup and a salad and the fish was over cooked. The place feels cheap, the food matches that but they are way to ambitious with the price list. Give this one a pass, there are many others to choose from.

I was expecting obscenely high priced food by how the service was so professional and treated the customers like a 5 star restaurant. I was wrong , the food was no more in price of a diner and it was delicious! Their burger was exceptional and my girlfriend had the fish and chips which was great as well! If you want 5 star restaurant service, amazing food, and excellent prices then you need to go to The Service Station!

This is one of the best, if not the best restaurant in the Hamptons. The food is perfect and so far the drinks. The staff is friendly too and the decor is so cool. Definitely a place you need to stop in and at least grab a drink if youre out in Easthampton.

My boyfriend and I discovered this little gem when it first opened. We always try out the new reaturants that take the place of the old ones. We are hoping this one sticks around. Only thing is I wish they had a better entree selection.

Great new restaurant it is a gem. Our waiter George was extremely accommodating, everything he recommended was right on the money. Plan to make this place a regular.
