The music got a bit loud at one point, but when I asked if they could turn in down a little they were accommodating. I went for open mic poetry night Thursday night. It was so nice to feel like I belonged in the room. I have a terrible fear of speaking in public but everyone was so nice I felt comfortable enough to get up and read. Im really glad that I did. I highly recommend the Tram not just for poetry night but for a nice unique space to sit with a good book and getting a coffee, tea or one of the other many wonderful options to eat or drink.

Wonderful staff, great coffee and yummy food, plus a very relaxing environment with plenty of cool things on the walls to look at while you hang out. Check the glass case by the counter for local arts and crafts, CDs, and other stuff. Lots of live music and other events are held here, and the Sunday night open mics are fantastic. Call and ask about their lunch specials or stop by to see what baked goods are available. Vegan and vegetarian-friendly, too!

Amazing coffee and lattes, the baked goods are to die for, and the atmosphere is perfect for artistic people or college students or anyone who likes having a good time. The decor is charming and fun, the staff is friendly and helpful. I love spending time here! Every Sunday night theres live music, too. Which is really special. If youre in the area I highly suggest stopping by!

The best coffee house around. Excellent beverages, sandwiches and other food. Great place to just hang out and enjoy the atmosphere. One of the coolest lunch spots. Entertainment various from spinning vinyl records, to open mike nights nights are everything in between. Good people, friendly crowd and a little area with vintage clothing for sale too.

Highlight of my trip! Great drinks, tasty food, cozy seating & extremely helpful & inviting baristas. Dewey made me the best chai tea latte Ive had, and spiced it up with cayenne to give it the perfect bite. If I ever find myself in Utica again, this is where Ill be! Hopefully when they have some live music too.

Great atmosphere, awesome coffee and goodies! Staff and service is friendly and accommodating regardless of how busy they are. Wonderful events from live music, poetry and open mic nights, as well as drag shows. Something for everyone!!

I love this place. Coffee is always yummy. The cups are fun that they use. My mother and I have come here for lunch several occasions and the staff is so nice! Great food and fun eclectic atmosphere. :)
