Wonderful atmosphere, very friendly staff, beautiful historic building, lovely grounds, cozy well decorated rooms. We stayed here for two nights with another family. We booked a suite and it was lovely. The place feels like you are in your house which happens to be a landmark. It doesnt feel like a hotel at all. The owners Marie and Brian are super friendly and cool. The other rooms where all beautiful and ranged from huge suites with four post beds to some with pullouts in the living room. Large lawn for the kids to run around on, lovely flowers and landscaping, excellent restaurant on the ground floor. Our stay included breakfast which was quite good and free internet access. I would stay here again if I am in the area. There is a common room with a pool table and extensive library and games as well as a large TV. The only thing that was a little puzzling were that the TVs are throwbacks to the 90s, not flat panel hds but picture tube style. We never turned them on anyway but I was surprised they hadnt updated them.

My husband and I visited Hasbrouck House this past Valentine’s Day for a short one-night getaway from our busy schedules. From the moment we arrived we felt pampered, welcome and very impressed by the attention to detail that went into the restoration. We enjoyed a relaxed, incredible dinner. If you enjoy the finer things in life with a modern twist, a proper bathtub and details that are too perfect to mention, you must visit this gem of a place. Close to NYC and major routes. The Valentine poets; Maya and Amy were a creative addition to our special night. We will return! Thank you Ruth for everything. Kadie and Dan

We love the Inn at Stone Ridge. The food is amazing. The proprietors, Brian and Marie Murphy are wonderful talented people. The Inn itself is a beautifully maintained historical landmark. I have a great every time every time I go there. So much so that I married the woman of my dreams there...and Brian and Marie made sure that it was an amazing event that we will never forget. Just go there once for dinner...youll be hooked and become a regular customer just like my wife and I....

This was a beautiful hotel, property and little town. The design was lovely and the details thoughtful. We enjoyed hanging by the pool, watching an outdoor movie and walking to the orchard for some hard cider! The onsite restaurant was delicious, and we enjoyed freshly foraged mushrooms 2 nights in a row. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and vibe was chill. A nice little country getaway.

What a find of a place! We have nothing bad to say about our stay at all. The rooms are decorated with a lovely modern mix of old and new, the grounds have really pretty landscaping, and the house itself is beautiful. This was our first trip to Ulster County and we would definitely like to come back. Kudos to whoever re-opened this place! (Also would be lovely for a wedding)

Their website booked us the day after we intended, and I didnt find out until we got there. Then there was nobody at the front desk or anywhere to be found, and they refused to return my deposit. Be very careful with this place, and double check everything.

It was a disappointing experience that is now further soiled by your using the guest list to solicit employees. Based on this experience II would caution any future guest about how their information is being used by this Inn.

Appetizer was so-so, but the main courses were delicious. The atmosphere was classy, but had a slightly pretentious vibe, as if out of step with the area. Prices were on par with what youd expect from a Brooklyn restaurant.

The restaurant and bar are a great small place to meet friends for a nice dinner. The best part is that you dont feel crowded like you would in so many other places that try to get as many people in as possible.

The owner is very unprofessional. He can't control his temper. The showers are finicky. The food is pretty good though. They need to Learn the value and meaning of customer service.

Beautifully designed and maintained inn, with an on-site restaurant & bar. Bonfires at night are a great way to make new friends. BYO marshmallows.

Wife attended a yoga session on the patio which she loved. We then grabbed brunch in the beautifil venue. Service was friendly but slow.

Amazing little wedding venue. Everything is close to each other and the house has amazing little spots that make great photos.

Please avoid this place. The people were nasty with me and treated me like a very low human being. Stay away...

Great little hideaway... Newly renovated, similar to a Restoration Hardware showroom-feel.

Not speaking about the hotel, but the resturant was the biggest rip off.
