Just got back from Thanksgiving Special at the Dakota Diner - just the best Came home with half my dinner. They start off with a deli-relish tray, followed by hot rolls, etc with butter, appetizer (we had stuffed mushrooms served on bed of lettuce) cup of soup (nice selection) larghe fresh salad and they also place a tray with about a pound of walnuts on your table. Then you get the entree - hugh amount of turkey, stuffing, gravy, cranberry sauce, your selection of potato and selection of veggies. Then you get dessert (any pie or cake) followed by a bowl of fresh fruits! I forgot to mention you get a beverage and a glass of wine. All this for $21.95. Diner environment spotless and pleasant, waitstaff friendly and helpful. Altogether a good dining experience.

Listen its a diner which means coat are lower than s restaurant therefore for the price you are not going to get lobster in the bisque. However it still tastes good. In addition to going there almost thirty years the staff and our waitress knows us well and drinks and relish tray comes out before we sit. Therefore if you want descent food for a good price this is the spot. Become a regular and they never forget you.

The food is disgusting. Paid $10 for a wrap that only comes with Tostitos tortilla chips. We also got a French dip panini for $10 which had no sides at all and the au jus dip was just warm soy sause. Ive never been to a diner where the sandwiches dont come with fries. Also no pickles, cold slaw, or potato salad like the menu said it would come with. The waitress was rude and the dining room was pretty dirty.

Only go there for breakfast every here and there and its usually great as long as we sit in the front but sometimes they sit us in the back left of the diner and an older lady waitress seems to always work that area and shes horrible with making is wait too long.its such a let down when that happens but we promised ourselves the next time we get her we ask to be switched or we leave.

Diner atmosphere with waitresses who disappear for a while and leave you stranded - happened all three times I ate there. Annoying if you need something or are ready to go. Food was pretty good. Monster sized turkey burger was really good. Chicken fingers were good too. Food is fairly plain. The menu is huge and there is no way they do all of it well.

I went to this diner with two of my friends for dinner. It was typical diner food. Not bad. I ordered a dinner special broiled fish. The fish was good. It came with soup and salad. Both good. I was not impressed with the dessert. It was okay. I think one friend knew the waitress. We received great service. The prices were reasonable.

All I did was call to put in an order , Im on hold with them now and Ive been on hold for about 30+ minutes now. I dont know if sitting the phone down and walking off is standard employee behavior , but thats not how you conduct yourself as a diner . 1 Star for the highly unprofessional "Dakota Diner".

Very good place to eat, the servers are very nice and sweet. They will help you if you dont know what to choice to eat. Every time Ive went, we have about 15 to 20 people and they help us sit together. They have not had a problem when we were a little loud and excited.

The food is just like any other dinner but overpriced. The waitress kept rushing us to take our order .dropped check while we eating . We asked for more water she took too long and she was very nasty.came back They got better service.food is better.

Customer Service sucks. I went during evening hours when it wasnt crowded and they were picky as to where I should sit. Was ask what I wanted to order but didnt receive a menu yet. Food was okay. Nothing to travel out of the way for.

This diner is a family favorite. Great food, good portions. Love their breakfast menu. My grandmother used to take us all the time as kids and I still stop by. The staff is just as friendly and the quality of food has never gone down.

Tried to order some food over the phone, and the person who answered the phone was very rude. Certainly not suitable for customer service industry. One time was there to pick up food and nobody acknowledged us. Horrible service...

Way expensive. Waitress was rude. Order a roast beef sandwich with au jus dipping sauce and turned out to be water down soy suace. And I feel panini sandwich should come with fries, and not having to pay extra for it.

Very poor customer service. They charged me $11 dollars for a grilled cheese sandwich. When I questioned it, the waitress told me bluntly "then dont eat here anymore"!
