Hey, when you have a very nice storefront and youre operating a restaurant with a name like DaVinci, you expect some quality in your product. I actually spent $17 for a chicken marsala. I was greatly disappointed as it seemed like "chicken and gravy." Couldnt they have added some onions, at least, to compliment what seemed like the canned mushrooms in the gelatinous "gravy?" Sprinkling the chopped parsley around the edge of the plate doesnt make up for any of this disappointment. The side came with pasta (lots) and tomato sauce. The sauce was flat-out bland. How on earth could this be? This is your staple? The crust on their pizzas looked good and I kinda wish I had just gone with that. Id try another dish another time, once I recover from the letdown... but this one really needs some help.

My kids go to nearby public schools, and theyve donated many pies for our events. Ive since dined in both the pizza parlor area and the fine dining section of the restaurant. No complaints at all! I take my Girl Scouts there, and my family for weekend eats. The pizza guys are the best, and the pie fresh out of the oven is top-notch. Im originally from Brooklyn, so thats saying a lot! My favorite is the Sicilian, and the kids love the fried calamari. Parking can get tight, but its considerably improved over the old lot layout. The outdoor covered terrace is nice for lunches, especially for the business crowd coming up from the Montvale, NJ business parks.

Whoever bought this place from Rob & Roland really messed up. The did a great job with the cosmetic changes and the covered pourch so ambiance they get and A+, The food is horrible. The sauce is no longer Gravy its some distorted italian flavor. Izzy made pies here and then left for a period, now hes back but the flavors are terrible, I asked him what happened and he said new Chef new owners! They SUCK. For pizza go to Sals or the new "Dominos" is even better! Rob was a ego maniac but he knew how to make the business work! Wish they stayed,

Pizza is exceptional and dinner entrees are very good. Pizzas are a little pricey but comparable to other pizzerias in the northern Bergen/Rockland county area. When ordering takeout, its usually not a long wait but orders typically arent ready in the time stated. Dining area is large and is accommodative to larger parties. Typically dont need a reservation, even on weekends. I would highly recommend the eggplant rollatini.

AMAZING! DaVincis restaurant is the best. I have hosted an engagement party, as well as a surprise 50th birthday party here and everyone was raving about how amazing the food and atmosphere were. Their pizzeria is also the best. If you want quality food, I definitely recommend DaVincis restaurant and pizzeria in Chestnut Ridge.

Ive grew up with DaVincis! From the original owners until now. They have been nothing but hospitable. Great Pizza. One thing now is tell them you want (a slice for instance ) heated up. The new little guy and his friend tend to burn things! I dont mind it btw. This place is great

It wasnt the best food have ever had.The server was nice but not knowledgeable. What botherd me was that the portion of Chilian sea bass was half of what i am used to elseweart. But the wine they chose was wonderfull and the apearnace and atmosphere was good.

Best italian food around! I eat there at least 3 times a week whether its at the restaurant or the pizzeria. Izzy the pizza guy and Ariel the head chef are super hard workers and provide a great experience and even better food! highly recommend.

Food is amazing. Pizza is worth the drive to the restaurant from any part of Rockland/ Bergen County. Service for lunch has always been hit or miss. More than once we have been forgotten by the staff which sours the experience.

I dont know whats up with all the anonymous bad reviews here on google but my wife and I love Da Vincis. We usually get our pizza from Francos but for sit down Italian/seafood this is our favorite place.

Mad chaos and confusion. They took 3 peoples order before mine becuase they knew the customers when I walked in before them.. They rush you out. Food is so so although cold. Lesson learned
