Worst dining experience I had in a long time. We came at 5 pm on Sunday evening . Not a soul in the restaurant . We asked for a table by the window which was quickly denied since according to our waiter those tables are only meant for parties of 4+ and we were only 3. Keep in mind there was not a single person there. To give them credit they did turn off fans in the back since we came from pool and I was worried about my son getting sick. Then the same waiter informed me that he wont serve me fish over salad since they only have enough fish for "real" entree not as addition to a salad. I did order the "real" entree to get the fish although he could have just charged me the same price for salad with salmon. I would have gladly paid it. At the end I had a piece of salmon with risotto that I did not want and havent touched. Left hungry and upset after they brought a cup of water for my son in an glass instead of a child cup, and he spilled it all over the table. My sons chicken fingers were charred and so were the French fries. If there was a negative star, I say Pauls deserves it for poor attitude and customer service and quality of food second. My advice move past it ang stop at any other restaurant nearby.

Historic pizza place thats been around since the founding of Southampton more-or-less. They helped ferry meals to workers who built up most of the town, and expanded in the 60s, adding their own restaurant adjacent to the pizzeria. Its tough to compete in a town where every five/ten feet is another "world-famous" French-Brazillian-Steakhouse or whatever-have-you, and I think the locals are doing themselves a disservice at turning their noses up on this humble pizza place. For a great pie of pizza, or a decent time out, this is the spot. I recommend the grandma pie with pesto. You could always order out for delivery, too.

WORST SERVICE , charged for salad that was served with wrong dressing. Late on serving garlic bread with salads, when I asked for more dressing and bread just ignored. When I spoke to owner had no interest in my service and insisted on me paying for the replacement second salad because my friend had eaten the olives. His comment "I still love ya" and come back again. He didnt get it. THE SERVICE SUCKED.

All meals are cooked to order. Family owned and operated for 30 yrs.If you want atmosphere go somewhere else- but if you want great food at reasonable prices,go here. Sons and dad in kitchen and daughters are wait staff[plus some help]Watch the specials as they are special. Looks like a pizza place but ignore that. I think the food is better than the high end places in Southampton for 40% less.

this was hands down the worst dining experience of my life. The food was horrible and the service was even worse. i got yelled at by the manger for trying to send back my food. Then when I demanded I wouldnt pay for it, the owner came out and actually yelled at me and said it was unethical to send food back. Guess what buddy, its unethical to serve awful food!

I have never before written an online restaurant review. My experience was so bad though, that I had to create an account. Completely incompetent service/cooks, ridiculously overpriced, and not good. If youre going to make my chicken marsala with Campbells mushroom soup, at least pour some wine or sherry over it so I dont know what youve done.

Ordered a shrimp parm hero with extra sauce. Very expensive, sub-par hero. The extra sauce was cold, the hero was not toasted or warmed, the shrimp, were few and far between, and they were tiny. Horrible, never come back.

Great food and good service all for much cheaper than everywhere else in southampton. If you want high end then there are better/more expensive places to go, but for quality food and good atmosphere, Pauls is the place.

Typical old person pizza and looks dirty. Plus they have a $15 minimum for credit or Debt cards! What a joke. They wouldnt ring up my $8 order. Get in touch with the year 2014.
