My order was wrong At first I thought it was because the girl in the drive thru was maybe new, since my drinks didnt contain ice and she didnt give me the sauce packets I asked for... I went inside after I discovered my order was wrong. I ordered "2 chalupas combo" thats what I said at least , my receipt ended up saying a combo "2" and it was very unappealing to me, so I wasnt going to suck it up. I honestly wasnt expecting the manager (Tom) to argue with me though, Ive worked in retail all my life I understand mistakes happen.... The manager Tom argued with me that I ordered a number 2 not a number 6 and that my order is not wrong! Said this to me multiple times not trying to listen to me. I wasnt upset at all I thought they could fix it. After finally being able to explain I understand what the receipt says I just want the two chalupas if thats possible. Tom Then took my receipt and threw it, turned around not explaining anything to me on how to fix my order and they ended up making my two chalupas. So I got my order but it wasnt worth the trouble, I didnt realize I was going to get such a mean reaction asking if they could fix it. I wont be ever coming back here. After I got home I checked my boyfriends order, that I had ordered seperatly in the drive thru due to a late text... It was wrong Too. This time the receipt was what I said it was! But the wrong product. so clearly they were having a off day and didnt want to admit it or try and fix it.

As a Taco Bell enthusiast thats gotten TB all over the country, this is one of the more disappointing Taco Bells Ive been to. I use a bean burrito as a baseline measurement, a blank canvas, if you will, for the local burrito artist to display their artistic flair. The edible canvases I get at this location are spartan and minimalist in all the wrong ways. The food here is dry like they almost forgot to add any of that delicious burrito sauce. You can inject all of the fire sauce you want, but like throwing an ice cube into a desert, the drops of life are merely absorbed and forgotten, such that they seemed to have never existed at all. The Taco Bell in Malta is much, much better and well worth the trip if you are craving a truly authentic Taco Bell Picasso.

Worst Taco Bell in the area. Lived here my whole life figured Id throw some light to it. 30 minute lines, stuff is wrong or cold, etc. 8:40? Just waited 28 minutes in the drive through for three grilled burritos, after leaving and unwrapping all 3 burritos are? You guessed it, not even grilled. I used to work at Taco Bell man, you gotta be lazy or just plain stupid to mess that up. Went in to correct problem (listed dine in closes at 10) all doors are locked (9:08). Ladies saw me there and did nothing to help me. Will not be waiting 30 more minutes to correct such problem that shouldnt have even existed. Anyways save yourself the trouble, just go LITERALLY anywhere else in the area. 1/10.

This Taco Bell in particular has gotten our order wrong all three times that weve tried going there (throughout the year). This last time was the definitive straw that broke the camels back. Our tacos shells were half stale and half soggy and there were more meat "juices" than there was actual meat in the taco. I took one bite of mine and had to spit it out. Youre better off eating nothing over eating at this particular establishment.

Owner / management staff need to sit down and get a game plan together. One of the most inefficient drive-thrus in the YUM! family brand. Orders are consistently wrong. Staff is inexperienced and poorly trained. I understand its a fast food restaurant, however, Im sure the owner of the establishment has much higher expectations than the effort being put forth.

Not sure what happened in the last 2 months, but the service here has dropped an insane amount. I have consistently waited in the drive-thru for over 20 minutes. Its been so bad they give free food when you finally get to the window, without even asking. Sodas have had no syrup. They dont know their own menu anymore.

Hours posted are closing at 2:00 am on Sundays at the drive-thru. We were turned away at 1:30 am because they were closed. Either change your working hours or abide by posted hours. Customers use gas when they drive to the restaurant. That gas is wasted when the restaurant prematurely closes.

This Taco is always very, very slow. The drive-thru especially, but going inside to avoid the long drive-thru usually doesnt help. They are always apologetic, but that doesnt help when it makes you late. The food is fine and the orders are usually correct. It just takes a really long time.

Average wait time was over 12 mins. Wait line extended well into the dining area. Drive thru gets high priority over dine in customers. Apparently they dont have enough staff to accommodate the busy times of the day. Poor customer service!

This Taco Bell is certainly hit or miss... 50/50 odds that your meal will taste good. They have a tendency to over cook a lot of the items like quesadillas. If you have a craving for taco bell, the next closest is miles away...

Worst taco bell around. Plan on sitting in the drive thru for awhile. I just left after 13 minutes and only 2 people being served. Always a wait but this is excessive today. Too many places to eat to wait for this nonsense.

This location isnt as good as it used to be. The manager or supervisor at night is constantly out of chicken, beef, steak, lettuce, and cheese. Sometimes even out of just about everything.

The drive through is ungodly slow. I waited in line for minutes without it moving at all during which time multiple cars (including myself) all decided to leave. Terrible
