12/16/16 Started out really good when they first opened but service and quality have diminished to that of any other fast food burger joint. Burgers are very greasy and you leave actually smelling of grease as if you had worked the grill at McDonalds all day. The kitchen has routinely messed up my burgers but Im not sure if thats their fault or the register person because the receipt doesnt show what toppings I asked for. On my last visit when I finally sent it back twice and asked for a refund the shift supervisor didnt know how to refund a credit card. Overall, this place is not worth the price for the value.

Not worth the money imo. I got the triple double burger and a side of fries. I asked for aioli for my fries, and she didnt seem to know what that was, and said yes they have peppercorn. They forgot to bring it yo me anyway. the burger came out, and for a "triple double" I was surprised to see that it was pretty small. I didnt end up finishing it though. There was waay too much of the cheese sauce added to the burger. It made the whole bun soggy. My hands had cheese all over them. The flavor of the burger was totally covered up by the cheese sauce. Youre much better off going to five guys just down the road.

They were very responsive to change my chicken type from the grilled to the crispy (missed communication), and even gave us coupons for future visits. The food here is basically burgers with almost unlimited choices of toppings, and always tasty. If you come here, you have to try the Smashfries, potatoes cut into 1/4" fries, nicely fried with a good crisp, and sprinkled with rosemary. Their onion straws are also worth trying. All and all, a good "slightly better" burger for a reasonable price.

First time I ever had a lousy meal here. The burger and grilled onions had way too much pepper, ruining the taste. The burger was placed on a piece of paper inside an open weave metal basket. The juice from the meat soaked through the paper and basket onto the table. What a mess! When I tried to pick up my fragments of meat & onion with a fork, I stabbed through the basket & could not get my little pieces. Very unappetizing, to say the least. And in top of that, the wifi didnt work!

Oh my god. Why does this have to be so close to where I live? Im currently sweating out not going there right now. These are definitely the best burgers in the area. Their new Colorado Burger is to die for. Milkshakes are super tasty too. This location is even better than their California locations. If you like good burgers, this is it. Well, at least until you fly to San Diego and go to Burger Lounge.

Simple burger joint with lots of style. Friendly, helpful staff, low wait times, and a beautiful interior help complement the the explosions of flavor that come from the burgers, sides, and milkshakes, while remaining very reasonably priced. The go-to place for anyone craving a burger in Saratoga.

I really like smashburger in general, great menu options, lightning fast service, and some old-school options (i.e. hand-spun milkshakes) This location in particular is by far the best one Ive been to, the food always comes out hot, and the staff is warm and helpful.

Lacking love and attention. My take out burger was waaay lopsided, meat hanging out. Slow down, take a deep breath and present it nice. Also asked for ketchup and didnt receive it. If we had of know we would have added it before leaving the establishment.

I called ahead so we wouldnt have to wait. The order wasnt ready when we got there. Watched them get my order together & set it to the side. Waited 5 more minutes before someone called us. Got home & didnt get our whole order. Plus the burger was burnt.

Yo, I come here every Saturday after shopping at BJs!!! Its sweet there!!! Milkshakes are the best!!! C Smash (sub. Egg Bun) is my jam!!! Fresh lemons for sodas!!! And, the best thing, you get to SMASH the burger! Thats always fun!!!

As far as fast food goes, this is pretty darn good, and the employees are very friendly and helpful. I like the mixture of fast food and sit-down service. Some of their sides taste a little weird sometimes, but I cant pinpoint why.

They add a lot of seasoning to the burgers. Its good if youre into that. Good milkshakes for $2.69, I think! Its very loud, even with not a lot of people. Not as good fries as 5 Guys. They have vegetarian options.

The name may get you thing hamburger but the also have a great grilled chicken sandwich with avocado. Watchout for the Haagen- Dazs flavored milkshakes. Delicious.

The burgers taste like meatloaf and the fries are about the size of a blade of grass. Try Local 388 for a proper burger with local, grass-fed beef.
