I ordered the same burger every time which is a grilled cheese with relish, mushrooms and onions and nothing else. Every time Christian makes my sandwich , HE MESSES IT UP . Last time he added some kind of meet to it and converted it into a cheese burger . This time he added lettuce and tomato . And then he claimed that he made the sandwich but he didnt put lettuce and tomatoes on it. I dont have to explain why I dont like lettuce and tomatoes and why I dont eat meat. I paid 6 bucks for a bun with cheese and some vegetables and Id like it my way . Thats what happens when people use a controlled substance and try to make burgers . What a shame !

How do you not know about Five Guys Burgers? I yell at my friends and cousins. They have some of the best burgers and most locations like this one can grill up great burgers. You pick and pay for the patty, single, double, with or without cheese. Then toppings are free, they even have A1 steak sauce for that extra tangy saucy flavor. I love these burgers. Whats to hate? Fries are ordered separately as there is no meal option. Some of the best fries I ever ate.

Usually very satisfied with Five Guys. I have gone to the one in Bay Terrace and there have been no problems. The first time I went here, they were so concerned about the toppings they left the burger off on one of the burgers! And we ordered takeout, so I didnt realize until I unwrapped the foil at home. A tasty salad burger haha, but cmon now! You get a bunch of tasty fries for a good price. You probably dont need to order the large.

Whoever buy burger here better double check before you leave, my son purchase burger with tomato onion lettuce and pickles and once he get in the car open up there is nothing only bread and meat, he went back in and ask them to add the missing vegetables and they give him some on the side tell home to add it himself, what a shame.

Took way too long to cook fries. Then when you get them they are all twice cooked. How can it take that, long to reheat French fries?? Added from edit. And my burger was standing there for 15 while they were fighting with the fries.

Great burgers and AMAZING FRIES! Promptly made and fresh never frozen ! This place simply sticks to what does well and repeats the process. Id still eat here if the service was bad , but thankfully the staff is awesome aswell.

Very disappointing. Food was mediocre. The shakes are horrible. And they got my shake wrong an when they tried to make me the right one it sucked also. Yes the burgers are fresh but very mediocre. I will never go back.

Good burgers and good price. They offer customizable burgers. I love the Cajun Fries. Should make a note that this particular Five Guys offer Milkshakes, some other Five Guys do not.
