My experience went as follows: Called and said “hi, I would like to place a takeout order”. Person asked if it was a takeout order. I said yes. Said “ok wait a sec”. I was on hold about 1-2 minutes. Someone else picked up said “hello, what’s the order”. I started saying what it was and was cut off mid word “Hi, I’d like an order of sesame jack…” Person laughed and said “Hold up”. Placed on hold this time 2-3 minutes. Someone else picked up and said “How can I help you”. I said ‘Hi” and explained my order which was 3 appetizers very easy. Sesame Jack Chicken Strips, Tuscan Spinach Dip and 4 Jack Daniels Sliders. Person said “Ok, be ready in like 20 minutes”. Gave my name and number and hung up. Went to store about 25 minutes later to give extra time so I didn’t have to wait. Nobody is at the door, but it’s not the first time I’ve had takeout so I walked up to the bar. Found an open spot and put my card out. 2 bar tenders. Bar is about 65-70% full. Waiting 5 minutes, tried to get someone attention one of them said they would be right back. 5 more minutes, got the others ones attention. Told them I had a takeout order, gave name. another 15 MINUTES later someone brings the food over. I pay and leave Get home. Food is ice cold. There was no Sesame Jack Strips, instead some kind of chicken salad with oranges, cranberries and gorgonzola cheese. The spinach dip was by itself NO CHIPS. Jack sliders were correct. Call the store, get the same run around like before. 2 different people, no one can understand what I’m saying and try to take an order. I asked for a manager. Spoke to her. She advised me to come back and they will correct it. I asked her to please have it made because my wife was hungry so I didn’t have to wait. She said OK Drive back to store, again no one in the front. Walk to bar. Bar is now 30-40% full. 2 bartenders still. Wait 5 minutes. Ask one that passes by to check on my order. Bartender said “Ok”. Walked over to a customer and sat down next to them and started talking. I’ve been to hundreds and restaurants, bars and other types of establishments but was never treated like such a worthless human being like I was treated here. 3-4 minutes later the talking bartender gets up and does to do something else behind bar. I ask other bartender to please check on my food. She asks someone else. About 10 minutes later someone brings the food in a bag. This was by far THE SINGLE WORST customer experience I’ve had in my entire life. I will do my best to get this message to all facets of the company because an overall experience like this doesn’t seem like a one time off night kind of thing.

We visited the restaurant because the latest review specifically mentioned improved service. Sadly, I would have to disagree. We were 2 adults and a child. Not only the hostess failed to provide a kids menu, but we were seated at the table that didnt have utensils on it. The waitress failed to notice the absence of utensils and I had to ask her to bring them after she brought my wife her salad ahead of the appetizer. For the appetizer, we ordered Fridays Pick Three-For-All of Buffalo Wings, Mozzarella Sticks, and Loaded Potato Skins. Despite the fact that we were there at 5pm, the Buffalo Wings arrived without the celery and waitress told us that they ran out of it. When the waitress brought me the French Onion Soup, she managed to spill quite some of it and to top it off, offered me a plastic spoon, saying that the spoons were being washed. My son ordered a burger with fries; but because it was too salty he was unable to wrestle with more than a half of the sandwich. This is the first time I saw him leaving a burger unfinished. My wife ordered Classic Wedge Salad, which somehow failed to contain a single tomato. I ordered a 6oz Sirloin with Grilled Shrimp Scampi for the main course - while the steak was OK; the unpeeled Grilled Shrimp Scampi werent that great and I was able to eat only one out of five. At the end, we decided we will not be coming back to this place as, probably, the reviewer we read was just lucky that one time.

My friend and I went to this TGI Fridays last night. First, the hostess seats us at a table, which is between two tables full of people and small children. We could not pull the chairs out from under the table. We moved our seats to across the dining area, where there was no one sitting. The waitress arrives, I asked if they had Dr. Pepper soda. She replies in the affirmative. Fifteen minutes later, she comes back to say there is no Dr. Pepper. I got a glass of water. Then I asked for lemon for my water. I got one slice of lemon on the top of a plastic sippy cup. I wonder if TGI Friday could spare the lemon? And I guess they had NO clean plates, for the waitress to bring it on the top of a plastic cup. Okay. No the waitress comes for our food order. I ask her about the salmon. She replies, oh we do not have salmon. No fish? In the middle of lent? That is strange. I asked about an appetizer. The waitress replied, they were out of that selection. I thought, I am at a restaurant that is out of everything. We left. No food. No dinner. Ugh. I would not recommend this restaurant. Try another restaurant on Sunrise Highway.

On a visit to NY from Canada, my mom and I ate here. Service was ok, but this place is not well maintained at all. Bathroom was disgusting. I asked for hand wipes, they did not have any. Asked for tooth picks, the waiter could not find any. So I asked the manager, he came back moments later with a fresh box and handed me like a dozen sloppily lol. In terms of the food, it was literally the worst meal that Ive ever had at a restaurant. I asked for my steak to be cooked medium-well; it came pretty burnt. I realize its not a steak house, but cmon. The macncheese was horrible and cold. The only thing that was ok was the fries, but how can you screw that up? I ordered a drink with a shot of tequila that I did not realize was $10+ (totally not worth it), which was served cocktail style in a glass filled with ice. That sums up the whole, overpriced and underwhelming experience.
