You may safely ignore the ridiculously negative reviews, all posted most likely by the same person, who clearly has some kind of a grudge against 5 Guys. I have eaten at various of their locations more times than I can count and have come to expect a consistently delicious meal at a very respectable price. They are not a fast-food restaurant although they look like one and do not expect to get your burger in less then 7 - 10 minutes, but do expect that it will be worth the wait as they cook each meal individually to order and only use the best ingredients. And the fries are amazing and yes, you get tons of them overflowing the cup and lining the bottom of the bag several inches deep. My family loves the place and we all eat there several times a month and have never had anything remotely approaching a bad experience, rather completely to the contrary. 5 stars all the way.

FRIES WERE OK. CHEESEBURGER WAS ALL CHEESE AND TERRIBLE CHEESE AT THAT. HOW DO YOU SCREW UP A CHEESEBURGER??? BUT HERE IS THE KICKER. I ASKED FOR 2 DOGS WITH THE WORKS. NOW THE WORKS THROUGHOUT THE COUNTRY IS MUSTARD, SAUERKRAUT AND BACON BITS.... BUT NOT AT 5 GUYS. THEY GAVE ME LETTUCE, DILL PICKLES, MUSHROOMS, AND TOMATO. IT WAS TERRIBLE. DISGUSTING. AND ITS NOT A DOG WITH THE WORKS!!!! THIS WAS THE STORE ON POST RD. WESTPORT CT. ACROSS FROM FIRE DEPT.ITS HARD TO SAY BUT MCDONALDS AND BK IS FAR SUPERIOR. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PUTRID PLACE. OH THE MUSIC IS BLARING FAR TOO LOUD!!!!!!!

I hardly ever eat burgers and decided to splurge last week. My single cheeseburger with grilled onions and mushrooms was a giant mess. The bun practically disintegrated and the mushrooms looked like they were from a can. The fries were not crispy, too greasy and soggy. Yuk. The atmosphere was horrible, too bright, not cozy and terrible music playing. There are so many other better choices in Fairfield.

Good, clean, fast, polite. Its Five Guys... $14 got a cheese burger, fries, and shake. Compared to the other shake as burger place($19 for shake and sub par cheese burger)... Park on the side, its easier than the front parking lot.

My first visit to a Five Guys was all I expected. GREAT Burger!!!! Lots of fixings. Nice/Friendly service. These burgers are individually prepared and the taste shows it. Lots of seats and food was out quickly. We will be back

Five guys is consistently good food but for some reason the cashier was really angry at thus place. She was extremely annoyed, eye rolling, and raising her voice. Very unprofessional!

Way to expensive for my taste. In and Out burger is cheaper than this. $8.00 for a burger, NOT INCLUDING FRENCH FRIES! Are you kidding me! Pass on this spot
