I would give this restaurant a five but the service SUCKED A** !!!!! While taking my order the cashier laughed and giggled and had side conversations. I had to continually repeat my order. At a very busy time ( order around 8:30 ) I understood the wait ( got my food at 8:50 ). I sat upstairs where I watched a female worker talk to a friend during my wait and while I ate my meal ( finished at 9:05 ). Food was freaking AMAZING though towwww that meal up ( I ordered a bacon cheeseburger w. Let Mayo Pickles & ketchup .. To drink I had a grape Hi-C ). But again service is was TRASH.

The burgers are the best. Fries are always fresh and everything else is good too!! The wait can be a little long sometimes but the reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the price.. Bacon Cheeseburger is $9.25 not including anything else. Add fries and a drink and you are at atleast $13-$14. Def not cheap.. But IMO well worth it.

Scoffing down a burger while I write this. Clean restaurant. Saw one of the staff sweeping and cleaning twice so far. Burger was great but they use that fake Kraft-like cheddar cheese which I am personally not a fan of. Other than that I was greeted nicely, fast service and a good meal.

There was a bit of a wait for an online order, but Ill happily wait for good food. They even made sure they dropped fresh fries. The fries were perfect and crispy, which isnt always the case at other locations. Its cool that they have a second floor, but I wasnt dining in.

Typical Five Guys. One of the best burger chains in Connecticut. This is more expensive than "fast food" a la McDonalds/Burger King/Wendys but still counts as fast food. Next step up in Stamford might be B Burger aka Plan B Burger, or Bareburger.

Really tasty fries made to order drive the rating. My 2 year old loved the peanuts even more. Wish they had milkshakes and genuine veggie burger option (fried peppers and onions doesnt work for me as a sandwich)

I dont see the big fuss about Five Guys, period. Its not terrible but I make better burgers at home. There are certainly better options to get better food within a mile of Five Guys in any town.

Great fast food really rich in flavor I recommend a good workout after but what do you expect its a buger place but is a great place to have a fresh buger not a McDonald or frozen burger king
