I only gave 1 star because their is no option for no stars. This place is an excuse for a business. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich a month ago and it was completely raw with a soggy bun. Worst customer service ever. Food is disgusting & the staff is rude. Place is very dirty as well. Management does not seem to care. When I came in for a second time, I ordered hot wings with fries and the fries werent even cooked. Matt was the manager on duty and he was very impolite and gave me attitude. He is the most unprofessional person ever. I would not recommend this place for anyone.

This place was trash. I was expecting some really nice fried chicken. I ordered 6 pcs mixed chicken, 6 pcs hot wings and onion rings. It tasted unfresh and it was so unseasoned!!! Not even a little bit of salt. The hot wings werent even hot wings. They were just randomly mixed dried seasonings. It wasnt even sauced. It was totally different from wht the picture on the menu showed. Wouldnt even recommend anyone getting fried chicken or onion rings from here. But if u want to, u can go ahead and get disappointed.

The MENU SAYS 15 pc with 2 mash and 1 coleslaw I changed it and got fries mash and mac. This place gave me all small. For $20 bucks. And missing the Rolls. WORKERS LOOK MAD CONFUSED OWNER NEEDS TO TRAIN. Called 2 times 1st the guy hanged up the call. Then I tried one more time. Aladdin is good will be continue with it. It is hard to retain a customer, I wish them good luck.

Sitting here right now. Seems like people love it or hate it here. Personally, could be a little cheaper - the cooks are def. New. I saw the boss throw out 2 orders. At least he didnt try and serve burnt food. Wings are a little small. They were fried decent though. I like the hot sauce. I would come back.

From the day theyve opened I have been a regular customer. The best Fried Chicken around. When not working (Manager at Broadway Commons), my family and i drive from suffolk county to get the best chicken. And theres a Crown 5 mins from where we live, but we like this one. Great Ownership and staff.

We had ordered burgers and fried chicken from this store and found that the chicken was over fried and that the burgers were mostly bread. We werent even able to finish 1 burger. It was a sad experience and I suggest they fix their cooking methods.

bad experience orderd some food , first they said they dnt take cards , cash only. thn didnt delievr the food i said , i orderd 3 burgers, they deliverd 2 .. and the end they took 1 hour to deliver , bad experience .
