Pinos by far in the Rochester area ROCKS THE HOUSE Quality of food is A-one! There are a few delis on the west side of the city which I know very well but when you want the best subs and cold cuts plus catered food,this deli is the BOMB!! Everyone in this city or area thinks that Martucellos is the king but you are sadly wrong! Pinos bread is 10 times better than old Franks and Franks subs may be huge but quality is lacking for sure! Have you ever had a crappy loaf of bread from Martuciellos with a raw spot in the middle,I sure have!! There is not one thing I can knock at Pinos,catering is superb also with more than your $$$ worth!! If you want the best? Than this is it and the new store is very nice!!

Tonight was awful. We have gotten pinos in the past and enjoyed it, so when we got a steak sub that was soggy and bland with a hair in it we were surprised. The sautéed peppers were honestly disgusting, they were brown and so wet and mushy it looked like they came out of the trash :( very disappointed that when I called to tell them about my experience, they put me on hold then told me the manager couldnt talk.... the girl on the phone wrote me down for a free sub, but I dont think Ill be going back after that.

Great place, calling it a deli is an understatement. Food is amazing, portions huge, and not over priced, especially when comparing it to other establishments. Friendly staff and seen picture on the wall, the owner was the one who made our sandwiches. You dont get quality, quantity and service like this anymore!! PINOs is the Best!!

Love this place. I usually get a few $10 meals to take to work and then a chicken finger sub or some salads. Great food. LOVE the tortellini salad too. Grab a number when you first go in, sometimes theres a wait and they will only help if you have a number.

They have the BEST Boars head heros YUM!! There food is amazing great customer service It feels like home when I walk into PINOS DELI very clean I love it I wish it as closer to me but it is worth the drive! !

I had a chicken parm and it was delicious. The portion was very generous... I ate half for lunch and the other half for dinner. Dont forget to take a ticket before you place an order!

Good selection of cold cuts, meats , and cheeses all cut to order. Really good subs. Bread baked right on site. Has lots of prepared foods besides subs. Great fish fry on fridays.
