A refreshing taste of authentic Japanese home food. Plus, everything on the menu can be made with the ingredients sold in the market portion of the store! The nice couple that owns the place ate more than happy to give you tips on how to make the meals yourself, if asked. Sweet service, great selection, fantastic quality. Its a humble, simple little place with a lot to offer.

Tokyo Deli is the best well kept secret in Wilmington! You will not find a better Japanese restaurant to eat at in town or more reasonable in price! I go at least once a week and get a large 32 oz Miso Soup and it costs me $3.00!! They are also family owned, family recipes, remember your name, your order and are super friendly. I absolutely love love love this place!

I love this little place and the couple that runs it is just adorable. Best sushi in town and you get your moneys worth for sushi for once! I love their noodle and rice dishes too. Its not fancy, but it certainly makes up for it in charm. Great if youre trying to find Japanese/Asian grocery items.
