This is now La Kermes, new owner, same cook. I stopped by for breakfast this morning and chatted with the new owner. He said he has had the place for about 1 1/2 years. I ordered huevos rancheros to go and was blown away. 3 corn tortillas filled with all the fixings and perfectly runny eggs, which I adore. NOT the normal diner version. Cant wait to go back and have other dishes. Not fancy but clean, spacious and delicious.

La Kermes is absolutely amazing! This is a regular spot of mine for great, authentic, well priced and portioned Mexican food, as well as wonderful service. Also a good place for take-out although I havent tried delivery, just pick-up so far. Torta de chorizo and huaraches de chorizo are delicious!!!

Restaurant under a different name now which I dont recall and does not show up anywhere on Google. Still very good food. May actually be next door to the original. Very low key decor. Simple, clean dining with basic service. Very good fresh food.
