They are very nice people here but they are always on THEIR cell phones while the line is almost the door . I CANT tell whos the manager as THEIR name tags arent out for you to see.. They need new leadership so they can focus ? There is guy who just stands in there as though hes security but he does NOTHING but say hi to the pretty women. I guess thats what he was hired for. He has his hair in one, and looks rather strange. As you WALK in hes to the right leaning on the counter by the pickup area.

Small location and often crowded. You should always check your order as when they rush they skimp on how drinks are prepared. An example is if you order a Caramel Praline Latte and they are busy, they will put almost no whip cream on the drink and will leave off the caramel praline bits that make the drink. It seems like they buckle under pressure and cut corners hoping no one will notice.

Super friendly baristas, but since the location is so friggin busy they dont really get to know me. Im there several times a week and they still dont remember my order. But they are fast and nice. The seating is usually too crowded, but if you linger a minute or so, something will open up quickly.

This place is usually packed. Im in love with coffee brewed on the Clover. If youre going to order one of the reserve coffees using the mobile app, you may want to call the store first to make sure they have it. A couple of times Ive ordered and got there only to find out that it wasnt available.

Usually very busy during "rush hours". Very clean. Baristas are very nice and understanding. Location is often very cold I would bring a sweater.. always. The music can sometimes be playing a little too loud but not a bother.

The staff wasnt very friendly and the manager (a tall man) seemed pretty harsh with the employees. I also asked for LIGHT ice, it was written on the cup, but my cup was nearly full of ice (see photo)
