This starbucks is awful. I work at a starbucks in Massachusetts and ive never experieced such bad service at a starbucks before. First of all, the employee at the register was absolutley clueless about everything and wouldnt take my partner numbers for my discount. Then he continually labeled my drinks wrong in the wrong sizes after i continuously repeated myself. Then, after asking for a manager after getting very rude attitudes from employees they refused to go back for the manager. They ignored me when i asked for the green stoppers for my lattes and messed up my mango black tea lemonade and giving me it in the wrong size as well. There were also three people making drinks and i still hd to wait almost ten minutes for my drink. Awful starbucks.

The staff and everything else is up to par but theres a very small parking lot which is always full. And fyi, dont park next door at the bank; theres a guy from Laz parking who sits in his car watching people, and he will call the cops to ticket or tow you. For a better parking situation, go to the Starbucks nearby on Palmer Avenue.

Great place drink coffee and get work done. The staff is friendly and there are plenty of tables and chairs with decent internet access. My only gripe is finding a parking spot can be difficult at times, but if you visit in the late afternoon and early evening, you should not have a problem.

I like Starbucks in general and Ive only been to this location once but all of the people I was with got their drinks and I was waiting for 15 minutes, I then went to tell the barista that and they said they lost the drink, I was a little confused by that but I still liked the drink

I really like the staff at this location, but if you really wanna get your coffee and have no worries about parking this is not your place. Its always a nightmare to find a parking space!!!

Ok but not great. Often run out of key items, and the wifi rarely works, and even when it does rarely connect to the internet. Been like that for months.
