Tiny bar with reasonable prices but still with some work to do... We were sat by a hostess and still had to wait over 30 minutes to even be acknowledged by our waitress. I could live with that given how crowded it was and how difficult it is to maneuver around folks standing in front of the tables and bar, but the waitress was a bit rough on manners as well. Im not easily disturbed by poor behaviour but the tone with which we were served was a bit concerning. Having worked in food service Im very forgiving of... and try to be kind to wait service even in the face of long wait times, but this interaction was just bad. It felt as if by simply being their we were botherong her. When we were still waiting to be seen we were told by a different passing waitress that ours was probably late to see us because she was busy with her boyfriends table.... Again we could deal with that on its own, but the rude tone in addition to the neglectful service and uncomfortable crowding ruined the experience. The food was good and priced well for what you get. Tap selection was a little lacking but the bar itself has a ton of options. Especially if you like bourbon, Rye, and the like. Cool enough scene. Maybe well check it out again in a few weeks after theyve worked out some details.

Burgers were great and well priced. I especially liked how you could substitute the bun for a side salad ($1 or so extra). Only bummer was that the burgers dont come with a side automatically – its a la carte. But for the quality/price of the burger and the sides, it was worth it. Craft cocktails were delicious – ranging from about $10-$12 each, and their bourbon selection was good. Wish they had more beers, especially with PB canning their own now. Only complaint is that the service was slow. Our server was nice and everything, but she kept walking past when we had visibly empty glasses and were ready for another round. Also took forever to get the check.

This is a nice new spot. You can tell they are still figuring things out. It mostly reminds me of Bare Burger and thats not bad. The prices are on the lower end of Manhattan-prices, which is too much for Peekskill. The staff is friendly.

Food was not great (wings and other apps), and my whisky sour was 86% ice. There is a huge selection of whiskey and bourbon though, so it seems like a good place for an aficionado.
