This particular store is the best of the best. I have had ice cream from many many Carvels, and this one is tops! Plus, nice people work here and the store always looks clean. The soft ice cream is always served at the right temperature, so its never soggy or full of ice crystals, unlike some soft serve. I dont live in Syracuse anymore, and the Carvel in my town is not as good. I think they fool around with the mix. Anyways, whenever I come to Syracuse, I HAVE to stop at North Syracuse Carvel. AAA+

Ive been here several times and its the best ice cream place around. The staff is always polite and the ice cream is delicious. Try a sundae dasher, very generous with toppings. Yum!
