The ONLY reason they have ANY business is the location. They offer NOTHING other than some cold sandwiches. They lost their smokes and lotto. The coffee is gross. The people make it even worse. If they moved any slower they would fall through the floor. A line out the door and not the slightest sense of urgency from the staff. By the time you get to the counter youre treated like a pain in the butt instead of a customer. They could be making millions there with the traffic alone but offer nothing but a nasty attitude

About the only thing I ever liked was the home made potato salad. The service is always poor and the attitude worse. But today I was in the mood for the potato salad.....but, much to my dismay, theyve changed the recipe.....its TERRIBLE!!! Although its advertised as potato and EGG salad.....I defy anyone to find the egg. Its certainly not worth the price of $4.99/lb. So now....I guess theres NOTHING I like about Maisies!

The other reviews are unfair. Every time Ive been in Maisies in the past 2 years (this is August 2014), the service has been fast and courteous. I have not encountered a long line there in years. GREAT subs and excellent potato chicken salad, potato salad, etc.!

Stoped a few times for food and drinks before work. They over charged once and then sold me a already opened pure leaf tea. Co-workers also have had bad experiences with their food. Wouldnt recommend it unless your buying a pack of smokes.

Not really worth stopping here... Sandwiches are anything but good, and nothing else special seems to be offered that I cant get anywhere else. I live nearby, and will not go back.

Very nice people with a bodega like deli. A decent place to stop if youre in a hurry and want lottery tickets And a beverage but definitely not a food destination.
