Sometimes its fast sometimes not so fast. Tonight is not so fast. Sometimes they forget my cookie with my meal. I mention it the next time I stop in they give me an extra one. The floor is sticky by the self serve soda fountain. I would love to edit this post in the future and be able to say it is always fast and no sticky floor.

Dirty and slow, employees not courteous. Long waits, even for standard items, always backed up, even when not very busy. Tables and everything dirty. Not well taken care of, not well managed. Seems to be an issue with KFCs in the area. We miss the good KFC in Owego, NY.

yes im a regular at kfc in monticell and just this weekend i had a really good experience there because i met a supervisor who was the best.his name is tim, hes the true model of a supervisor,thanks again tim, me and my wife appreciate your professionalism

Good days its pretty good, bad days its awful. Ive had the best chicken wrap of my life from here, and one with a drumstick (bone included) that almost cost me a tooth. Service is slow, quality is inconsistent, prices are as expected.

This location always had the most stressed out employees, longest waits, and dirtiest restaurant of any kfc Ive been to. More than once Ive gotten food that tastes really bad, and got yelled at when I went to exchange it.

Worst KFC ever make u pull around front to wait for your food even if theres no one beind u. And the only kfc I know u cant change the sides on deal.

Everytime I swing by the drive thru for a quick bite to eat it turns into a pull around front & end up waiting 10-15 minutes (for tenders)
