Ordered delivery from this place and so glad the wife and I did. First of all I have never had food delivered so quickly. I felt like the order arrived just a few minutes after placing the order! At the very least it probably took half an hour. Most places I order from always take up to an hour, sometimes more. The food. It was excellent. Got Tofu General Tso and also General Tso Chicken as well. My favorite part of these meals have to be the fact that it is clearly made without extra oil and grease, and it is relatively fresh. Look it doesnt have the intense flavor that you might get at a place that serves food with MSG in it, but it still tastes great and you dont feel like your arteries are clogging with every bite! The portion sizes are excellent too. There is at minimum 2 meals per order (if you eat a lot), and if youre a little more portion conscious like me you can easily double that to 4 meals. Each dish came with rice, but this wasnt mentioned on the menu as far as we could tell so we ordered szechuan fried rice too which was again excellent and felt relatively healthy too. I have been ordering asian food from around the area for a while but I think Ill be settling on this place as my new favorite. Healthy and delicious, excellent sized portions for the price and timely delivery service. Five stars.

Im thrilled this place is near us! Its authentic Chinese cuisine, at least from what Ive eaten in Chinatown, NYC. Ive never been to China but the food is incredible. It is nothing like the greasy mess from Chinese take-out places. One can still order the favorites like General Tso and Chicken with Broccoli, or fried rice...but each has real meat in it. It isnt drowning in oil and heavy corn starch breading! I went last week with my children and we ordered the scallion pancakes which were crispy and delicious--not a floppy mess. We also had a minced beef soup with was mild and yummy. I had fried whole tilapia in sweet and sour sauce which was super fresh and my husband ordered a pork dish and fries rice. The fried rice had strips of real pork...no red food coloring all over it. They also had an area for hot pot which looked amazing and we will try that next. I cant recomment it enough. Also, about 50% of the folks there were Asian and that to me is always a good sign. The service was very attentive. Oh, and one more thing...we were able to eat the left overs two days later with no change in flavor--as opposed to Chinese takeout which becomes inedible the next day!

Their take out food is usually pretty decent but a bit on the pricey side. Eating in is a totally different matter. The entrance smells dank from the haphazard koi pond, decor is old and dirty looking, the plants are sad and neglected. The service is decent but just barely, but the food takes forever to come out. When they show up it shows up in banquet style where all of it shows up at once. This is normally ok and standard for Chinese restaurants but they wont consider the size of the table they seated you. So you end up with a mess of food over crowding your table. Stay away from the whole crispy talopia if you dont like sweet and sour, because thats what it is. Drowning in red, sweet and sour sauce. About as unauthentic as it gets. Its also not noted on the menu so you think youre getting a standard fried fish. Smoked tea duck is also garbage. Rather than actual smoke, its just made with liquid smoke and no tea flavor. It tastes like ashtrays and chemicals. Waste of a duck. It would be 4 stars if I were strictly reviewing their take out, but unfortunately their dining experience fails them.

Best chinese restaurant in the area and great for takeout too. Can be expensive but worth it. They offer more tradition dishes that are not on other chinese restaurant menus in the area, such as the hot pots, ants climbing tree(lunch menu), and juicy little pork buns to name a few. (The juicy pork buns are actually soup dumplings and are dine-in only but they are much more accessible for Long Islanders then going to Flushing or Chinatown). Highly recommended!

The food here is amazing! If you like Sichuan this is the place to eat. The cumin lamb is incredible. Chongqing chicken is the best I have had anywhere. Ask for extra chile sauce and Sichuan chili oil. And if you want excellent service get Bai as you waitress. She is knowledgeable and willing to answer all your questions. She made our meal even better with her suggestions. Cant wait to go back.

I am a Sichuan native and let me just say that Chef Wang is the absolute best youll find outside of Manhattan / Flushing. My husband and I ordered takeout nearly every week of our 3 year stay in Mineola. We absolutely loved their double cooked pork, tiger peppers, and fish dishes. Our dine-in experiences were mostly positive when we avoid weekend rush hours when service and food can be slow.

The Pepsi had a fishy aftertaste for some reason. The eel roll was average. The mango chicken wings were undercooked , the miso soup was overflowing with seaweed and the soup was too salty. However, their fried rice tastes amazing. I would recommend pouring the soy sauce over the rice for a pop of flavor. Overall, it wasnt as good as I thought it would be based on reviews.

Updated 5/23/17- The hours say they are open until 10pm. However I just tried putting an order for pickup at quarter to 10 and they tell me the kitchen is closed. So basically they close at 9:30 because a restaurant with a closed kitchen is not open. Please change your stated open hours. Disappointing. My Cheng du duck is always perfect mmmmmm my favorite dish.

Great dine in restaurant! The food was amazing. Our family was looking for a new dine in Asian restaurant after a bad experience at another place. We took a chance on this place after driving by and we have found a new family favorite restaurant. Nice atmosphere, great service, great food. Well be back! P.S. Street view photo is the old place!

The food isnt authentic. It says authentic outside but it tastes poorly cooked. The seating is spacious. The fish display tank is beautiful but food is a big thing for me. The sushi rice tasted old. I was hesitant to try the rest since the first few bites of California and eel rolls were mediocre. Salmon or tuna didnt taste fresh either.

The food was pretty good when I went with a group of people on New Years Eve. The General Tsos chicken had good sauce and the portion was large, however the chicken wasnt the best Ive ever had and the Brown Rice on the side was a tad on the cooked side. However, the steamed dumplings I had as an appetizer were great, the best Ive had.

Came here for dinner with some college friends who were visiting from LA. Wanted to take them to a fun place to have some good tapas and yummy drinks. Parking sucks, but thats one of the main reasons why I hate going into the city. All in all. Good food. Yummy sangrias. Great service. Lot of laughs. Will for sure be back.
