Love the concept... Love the food (when cooked correctly)... Love the location... ...but they seem to have no idea what way is up. I have eaten here / got take-out more than two-dozen times. Only one time have I received what I ordered as ordered, when the district manager was there and checked over my order before handing it to me. I have also had to watch very closely that food was cooked properly (have been handed steak tartare burger 25-minutes after the order was placed rather than the Medium that I ordered) and that things I am allergic too and specifically removed from the order were not put on... and then when complained, removed by someone picking it off with their hand. We used to order here for our office, but after five attempts and major mistakes on the order every time, (and bringing up the issue with management each time and promised to correct), no one would order here anymore.

The food is very good, and you dont feel bad because the food itself is organic and local! The only gripe I have is the lighting is terrible, its way too bright and feels like youre eating in a banquet hall with bright fluorescent bulbs glaring down on you. Seriously, get some incandescent light in there, make the atmosphere are little warmer and friendlier and youll get more customers.

Night before I ate some medium rare steak came here in the morning with daughter. They messed up the milkshake size and I got food poisoning. Not sure if it was the steak or the shake but my wife and kids are fine and they had steak last night too :(.

Less than one star. The workers have no idea what they are doing and are very poorly trained. Wont be surprised if they go out of business from poor quality and customer service.
