Ordered through the app and they didnt have what wrap i ordered. I was totally fine choosing another one and this girl Frances was very helpful, but the manager was very nasty. No one helped answer the new girls questions. Both the manager and her other employees not including the one I mentioned before, was horrible. They had snotty attitudes like they are all that. I rather drive out of my way then deal with such snotty employees. Horrible service besides the one. Never going to again.

Always have new workers never the same people. Walked in today to get a venti iced coffee and the lady didnt even fill the cup halfway with coffee and filled the rest with ice. I payed for venti because I wanted a bigger coffee not to get the same amount of coffee as a tall. Im here every morning and will no longer be going there anymore.

Its Starbucks. With a drive-in. If you like Starbucks coffee, I would imagine that this is the place you want to be. One thing that does suck about it though is is entryway on old Nichols road is in a horrible place. It holds up traffic and it can be annoying to make a left out of the parking lot.

When my order wasnt what I asked for (I wanted no foam), I got an argument and an attitude because I asked them to take the foam off and add extra milk. Its always the same story at this location. Every other Starbucks I go to makes my order correctly, or happily corrects it if its wrong.

Pros: They have a drive thru, and they are super nice. I havent been for the late night (they have beer and wine), but I like that it is available. Cons: They rarely get my order completely right, and and dont apply my star reward when I ask. Service is also a little slow.

The location is fine in terms of drinks and staff, i only take off 1 star because its too busy all the time. You can almost always expect a wait during peak hours. Other locations i visit seem to handle the rush much better than this one.

I always stop by this location on my way to work and have never had an issue with this Starbucks until today. I ordered a venti black iced tea with coconut milk and received coffee instead. Wondering what the resolution to this is???

Visit this Starbucks on Saturday nights. Jill and Su are both professional and courteous baristas who go out of their way to be sure my drinks are prepared correctly.
