The two of us went on a Monday night for the first time. It was a random stop. They advertised appetizer specials posted on a sign. Our server failed to inform us about their daily specials I overheard her telling other tables. My friend ordered one of the popular stuffed burgers, and I got the appetizer special of chicken tenders with fries and a side of soup. The server, who had taken about 20 mins to initially get to our table, informed us it would 20 mins for the burger as it was stuffed. I watched this server proceed to take the orders and get drinks for 3 other tables before ever putting in our order. Im a former server and know if a special order takes a certain amount of time, you put it to the kitchen RIGHT AWAY. It was literally 10 mins before she typed in our order. We finally got our food and soon lacked drinks..she came at the end of our meal and asked us if we wanted refills. The food is nothing to rave about. The chicken tenders tasted like they were out of a bag. My friend thought the burger was good. When we got our bill they had charged me full price for the chicken tender appetizer, $7. I asked, you were advertising the appetizer that normally comes with fries for $5, why am I charged for fries? The fries dont come with the $5 appetizer...misleading advertising and failure to communicate to the customer. Honestly, I think if the server was better trained or just paying attention, it would have made the experience greater. They have a nice bar with varieties of great beer. They had good variety on the menu also with sandwiches, steaks, salads. Theres also wine/beer tasting. I wouldnt rule out this restaurant completely.

A friend and I were on our way through Mt Morris returning from a fishing trip to Canandaigua lake, and realized we were hungry. Parked the boat down and across the street in the public parking lot and walked over to Charred. He had been there before, I had not. Also, we didnt realize that it was closing time for them, but they welcomed and seated us anyway. My buddy ordered a cheeseburger and I ordered a stuffed burger (stuffed with pepper jack cheese and jalapenos). Appetiser was the onion rings (which I dont normally eat and havent had in years). Rings were tasty and not greasy, onions cooked thru. Burgers were excellent and very flavorful. Mine was great with the jalapenos which were HOT! Buddy had a glass of Pinot noir which was just OK, my draft beer was nice. Our server was great and didnt rush us, even though we were there after closing time. Overall a good meal & experience. If you want a good burger, good draft beer and good service, give Charred a try.

I enjoyed it, went with uncle, aunt, and kids. Waitress was nice and patient with ordering a switching to outside after our drinks arrived. Everyone ordered something different so we could share a little. The wings were good but the sauce (maybe Thai) was fantastic. The nachos were pretty great with so much cheese. And lastly someone order blue cheese salad...and though Im not one that would identify as a blue cheese enthusiast, I may be now.

The food was delicious! Well-made and exactly what we were hoping for. Their loaded fries and stuffed burgers are just amazing. Our food came out when we had been told it would. Our waitress was busy running around and wasnt very attentive but kept our drinks filled and didnt keep us waiting for anything. Nice atmosphere, especially for a bar and grill; good place for family meals out even on a Saturday night.

Was very excited to try this place out. As my family and i walked in, there was a family in front of us waiting to be seated. A waitress walked up with an attitude and asked how many in our group. I told her and her reply was "its gonna be a while LIKE A WHILE". There were 2 empty tables i could see from the door... but we disnt need all the attitude and left. Looked clean.

The whole experience was good! The atmosphere, service and food was good. The portions were not huge like many restaurants, but appropriate. The menu had a great burger selection which my group passed on.. but we all enjoyed our meals of shrimp, fish, salad and a chicken sandwich. The sweet potato fries were good, as well. I imagine we will be back.

We travel to Mt Morris once a year, and always eat at this place. Believe it or not, they remember us and the service is always great. This year, they really were patient with our party of 15ish people, and really bent over backwards to accomodate us. Highly recommend.

Very nice atmosphere, food was nicely prepared, only thing that was lacking was was some seasoning on my patriot burger, fries was the perfect portion, my pretzel sticks was great with the honey mustard sauce. I would recommend this place whenever your in town

Very good place to eat in Mt. Morris. Sunday night only had 2 servers, but they busted there butts to get everyone served. Kitchen food was delicious. I had the French dip, and it was thinly sliced on a light roll with a nice au ju.

Great food. Good beer list. Fast service. We sat on the patio - its small and only fits a few tables but it was still enjoyable. There isnt a lot of parking available but you can park in the lot across the street.

Worst meal I have ever had the burgers where freezer burnt and the so called meat hot sauce was just tobasco sauce and burger and very small plate for $12 save your money or go around the corner to McDonalds

They are famous for their stuffed burgers and it is obvious why after tasting one. They also have quite a few good locally brewed craft beers. Try the chocolate cherry dessert beer if you have a chance.

The owner is very rude, food is expensive and!! comparable to a mom and pop diner, also they say they have free WiFi yet no one ever seems to know the password! Need to work on customer service!

The grilled chicken sandwich was amazing! We also loved the Patriot burger, stuffed with cheddar cheese and bacon. The restaurant and bathroom are both very clean! Ill definitely come back!
