I wont waste my time going in there again. It used to be a decent restaurant, not anymore. My girlfriend and I Christmas shopping at the mall the week before Christmas decided to go in and dine. The floor appeared littered with food scraps as we were seated. Finally a waitress appears and politely says, "Im sorry but were out of chicken, shrimp and salmon tonight, so any dishes that contain those items are unavailable." After reviewing the menu, 75% of the menu consisted of either chicken, shrimp or salmon, leaving fairly minuscule choices. We decided to leave and go elsewhere. On the way out, I mentioned to the host, "Please inform the manager of this restaurant that he needs to do better planning for the needs of his customers." He responded by asking, "What do you mean?" I was then compelled to explain, "You have a popular restaurant that is connected to the largest mall in Wilmington. This is the week before Christmas with a lot of shoppers inside, which means you will likely have a lot of diners to enter this establishment. Here I am at 6:30 pm having to walk out of here because you are totally out of chicken, shrimp and salmon, leaving very few choices for dinner. I call that extremely poor planning. Plus, your floor is littered with food scraps and needs sweeping. Goodnight!" I dont spend my money in establishments that are managed in such a manner and dont plant to in the future.

Pitiful by the way the worst experience ever at RUby Tuesday, waitress she did a great job but the person who brought my food, a racist white women who trow the food on the table and turn around like if I was asking for a free lunch, when I call the manager he offered me a discount on my check the one I paid in full and I told him that I needed the name of his employee to call headquarters, he could never supply her name I guess he is also part of the KKK, because when you dont take action against the problem then you are part of the problem , with all this to make it short if you are a part of a minority group drive to the one at Mayfair where they had always treated me right and respectfully and dont got to the one at the mall as they encourage discrimination and racism between their employees

This by far the worst experience Ive ever had. My mother ordered ribs and they were too spicy for her to eat and she didnt did want to order anything else and instead of the waitress getting a Manger she still trying to bill her for the ribs. My potatoes looked and tasted as if they had been sitting all day. I had to pick lettuce out of my melted cheese that was on my chicken. We also set down to a table that had no silverware so I had to go to the hostess stand to get some. Mind you that there is 2 hosts just standing around because they are not busy. The salad bar attended was also rude. I will drive across town the next time. Been waiting about 20 minutes to see a Manger and for the check... I and our severs name was Danielle and updated... I the other check is the "fixed" check lol

Went to grab a bite to eat after a lil shopping & ordered drinks. UNFORTUNATELY they didnt have the mixer I wanted for my drink. The male server offered me another drink, it taste like water & fruit juice, I declined it. Asked for ANOTHER drink, they were out of the alcohol itself. My sister & I said the HELL with EVERYTHING, even the food we had ALREADY ordered. The male server didnt seem to bothered by the fact we were unhappy. Didnt offer to get a manager either. Just walked off & gave a disgusted look over his shoulder. WE WILL NEVER EVER step foot in this place again & the bathroom was NASTY!!!!! Instead we went to BOURBON ST IN FRONT STREET & they had EVERYTHING we wanted. EVERYTHING was PERCECT. OUR server got a nice sized tip from us. Eat @BOURBON ST. ITS DELICIOUS!!!!!!

We frequently eat at this Ruby Tuesday location and, until recently, have had good food and good service. This last time, we ordered two appetizers - the shrimp and the tempura green beans. Both appetizers were very small portions. My wife ordered the grilled salmon, grilled asparagus and zuchinni. The salmon was one of the smallest pieces Ive ever been served. The grilled asparagus were inedible. When my wifeI went to the rest room, there were trash bags hanging over one of the booths. When we left, there were still tables left uncleared and food on the floor. It will be a while before I eat there again.

Really good and fresh salad bar. The only exception is the salad bar Nazi that is constantly reaching around to reposition the tongs you literally just put down and to clean every little crumb you just dropped. Maybe if you put a spoon in the sunflower seeds and chopped eggs instead of tongs in the first place, you wouldnt be as apt to drop crumbs. I admire someone that takes pride in their job, but it is unnerving and annoying to have someone cleaning up literally a split second behind you.

We always have a great time every time we visit this Ruby Tuesdays. The cocktails are good (try the new frozen Ruby Red Cosmo!) and the food is delicious. We went today and sat out on the patio. I will say the hostesses were not friendly this time around but our server Stuart made up for it. He was awesome- gave great recommendations, kept our drinks full, and made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely the best service we have had so far!

I have horrible food poisoning from them! I ordered my burger medium well and it was a bit pink, I should have sent it back but it all took so long to come that we were starving and I just ate it. Bit mistake. Spent all night and day in the bathroom. Also the waitress mixed up the drinks and TRIED TO SERVE ALCOHOL TO A PREGNANT WOMAN. WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.

Food was good and prepared well, not over cooked or under seasoned. The dry rub ribs arent anything to write home about, but they were definitly worth the money. The salad bar was excellent and everything appeared fresh and tidy

The food and service were both excellent. The restaurant looked clean, and we were greeted promptly. The food tasted fresh, and their salad bar was beautiful! Will definitely be coming again soon.

They have made improvements to their menu and to their famous salad bar. I was very impressed and enjoyed the entire entree. I will be going back sooner to tackle the salad bar again.

Employees were extremely nice, although the food was bad. I order fried shrimp that were greasy the loaded baked potato was also greasy. Good experience bad food.

Great food and great service. Best ribs I have had in quite sometime. The waitress was very kind and efficient. Definitely somewhere I would stop again!!!!!
