Extremely disappointed in this place. The customer service is horrible. Theyre so extremely disorganized and their system is so archaic. The prices are very expensive because theyre kosher. But they get the order wrong all the time. Ive gone twice this year the first time they made the sushi wrong twice I had to remake it. Any normal establishment would have given me the food free at that point. I decided to try again everybody can have a bad day. I order my Sushi skinny which means brown rice and half the amount they charged me for skinny and then they charge me for brown rice. When I brought it up I was refunded my $1. I didnt ask 3 times for a bag to put my to-go order in I guess Im just going to carry all that stuff out on my head. I think that this business really just takes advantage of people for 3 months a year. I dont care if youre seasonal business or not youre expected to give a value or something to give some service youre expected to give some minimal effort to do a decent job. I really think these people should be embarrassed of themselves
