I was in Long Island with my wife for business purposes. She loves to eat Korean food so I found this place with my Lexus app. ok.. Atmosphere... Nothing near fancy. We were greeted by an older Korean lady. Its 15 degrees out, and she says very cold outside... Then pours us ice water from the fridge.... Umm... Hot tea would be nice.. Everything on the menu she say its very nice, especially the expensive ones. Korean food with no side dishes is a first time for me. We ordered a seafood pancake, bibimbap, and a beef ramen. Pancake...soggy and has eggs on the bottom. Not a traditional crispy pancake. Bibimbap was made simple. They heated up the bowl and put alittle rice and alittle beef and a lot of vegetables and an egg on top. Ramen, its loaded with bean sprout. Soup tasted weird. The lady just gave us a check while we were still eating. Thats just so RUDE! Nothing great about this place. Paid about $50 for two . Stay away..

Well place is terrible. Im rating while eating. I ordered Jap char it says slice of fried eggs ,need, shrimp,fish cake on it. And there was nothing in it except noodles. Literally so sad dont want to complain because Im not going back here ever. I ordered fried beef dumpling. It look like it came from Costco them give away they give out . it says 12pcs. They gave us only 10. My wife ordered shrimp ramen. 3shirmps. Thats it. So sad. Gotta go to queens flushing just to get my Korean craving. And prices are weird. Online says $11 and on the paper it says $13. And dumpling $6.99 and his charging us $10 lol. His answer maybe Google hasnt updated it. I was gonna try to be nice but nope never again. Guys pls learn from our mistake

I love the ambiance of this place. Awesome "hole in the wall" kind of restaurant that serves up some mean Korean food. This is the kind of thing that long island lacks-- great tasting, fresh and reasonably priced ethnic foods and here is a place thats filling that gap. Nothing is incredibly fancy, but it doesnt need to be because the flavors speak for themselves. The barbecue ribs are highly recommended!! Sliced thin and charred on one side to a sweet, crisp perfection The ramen is really great too, just spicy enough to make you sweat a little bit. The owner is extremely friendly and makes good recommendations. Will visit again, wish I lived closer because it would be my Korean spot.

the food was on point. it was my first time at a korean restaurant (id been meaning to go for a long time), and the food (fish, beef, veggies and all) was scrumptious. their korean sushi was better than their japanese sushi, but this could be my personal preference talking. usually i dont attach weight much weight to the service, but here it service was stellar (granted, we went to the restaurant at the suggestion of the owners daughter, but still). it is a bit out of the way for most, but i strongly recommend it Jane Cafe!

I knew as soon as I walked in that eating there was a bad idea. Its dark and neglected inside. In the middle of the summer, there was no air conditioning. The people eating didnt look thrilled. The man who approached me was loud, and a little rude. I didnt feel welcomed. When my sushi came, it was warm and the tuna didnt look fresh. It tasted alright, but i didnt trust it and picked it out of my rolls. Would never recommend this place.

Very bad place! 10 mins later i left this place i got stomach upset. The food was not good looking and the taste was bad. Tasted like was for a long time in the freezer. I dont know why i didnt know was going to get sick. Also the waiter said that the menu appering here online is not from them! Prices in this place are not cheap like in this online menu. So pls dont get fooled!
