Food is good, but service is "from GOOD to JUST FINE" since the old ppl left. Those old waiters and waitresses treat their customers like their family, but the new hired is no, sometimes they pretend like they didnt heard from because they couldnt communicate in English , especially the one standing at the register.

My favorite Korean restaurant. It is very elegant inside and the food is amazing. Their bonchon is always soooo good. It feels good and clean and refreshing ro eat here. The service is excellent too. Bi Won means the Empress secret garden. I definitely feel like royalty when i come herd.
