LOVE the herricks road location, best chipotle experience ever, i’ve been to maybe 50 other chipotles and they dim in comparison to this one. the chipotle on herricks road in NHP is extremely professional, clean, courteous, they never run out of food, they have taken me in right before close and given everything i requested, they remember my order, greet me with love and cheer. they are cheerful, very professional, funny, courteous, personal, have never had ONE issue here, not one. the other chipotles i’ve been to, specifically in manhattan and westchester, are trash. they cheap out on servings, don’t listen to you, charge you extra for every little thing, have poor customer service, bad attitudes, and run out of ingredients all the time. i always have a pleasant experience at herricks road. i live nearby and come 4-5 times per week, and i bring friends also, and have business meetings there. the manager vikrant is extremely professional and courteous. ELI, the manager at night, is incredibly friendly, upbeat, personable, funny, also very professional and keeps the whole place clean and tidy, but will also interact with all of the customers and makes me feel welcome and at home, he is very down to earth. i love the whole staff. little vikrant, jason, andres, gary, bianca, ricardo, literally all of them. much love, from a life long customer. this location is just so friendly and uplifting and cheerful, the staff is a pleasure to be around.

Chipotle, overall is a great establishment. It caters to nearly all ages, cultures and dietary needs. Chipotle has kids meal options, vegetarian options, and even serves alcohol if you are looking to have a nice beer or margarita with your meal after a hard day of work. Being that Chipotle is my #1 go-to restaurant when I am going to go out for food, you can say that I have been to a variety of this franchises locations; out of all locations, I must say that the Mineola location is my favorite. Whether it be the extremely personable employees or the quality of the food, this location beats any other. The food is always fresh and their guacamole is incomparable to any other location. The only complaint which I have about this establishment is the lack of seating at sometimes and the length of the line. These problems are pretty much inevitable though, due to their success and high demand. Go Chipotle!!!

Not sure why they were in a rush at 6pm and we were the only ones in line. Greeted them with hi how are you? replied.. what will it be this isnt a big location but the scoopers of food were crossing over each other and rushing for no reason Then when the order was complete and in the bag I ask for salsa for the chip and she throws it and the receipt in the bag and pushes it towards my husband and I as if theres a rush Wasnt the first time ... We got slight attitude Im done Ill will be spending my coin at the Long island Jewish location Oh well

Had to wait for some of the items they ran out of while it was holding down other customers behind me. BUT that wasnt as big deal as it was when I approached the cashier. She just looked drained from working all day i guess and was rude rolling eyes after I asked for something in addition before paying, that too after she asked do you need anything else?... This location needs better cashiers than her who knows how to greet and respect customers. This was around 8ish evening time today!

Great service, very clean, fresh ingredients, and delicious tacos! It may be a little pricy(compared to other fast food places, if you can even call it that), but it is completely worth it. Most items on the menu (tacos, burritos, etc.) are around $8. I always get 3 soft shell tacos with steak, white rice, cheese, and hot sauce. Highly recommend this Chipotle to anyone in the area.

Just like any chipotle quality and atmosphere wise. However, the parking lot is a pain in the ass. One way in, another way out. Directed through a congested front parking area. Horrible design and not ideal for a quick in and out. Just a fyi.

Its Chipotle, what are you waiting for! This Chipolte always gives more generous portions and I truly appreciate that fact. The prices are great. The food is always very fresh and everybody who works there is incredibly warm and welcoming.

The food is generally pretty bland and the servers are typically stingy with the ingredients, especially with meat. The atmosphere is poor as well, the tables are cold and uncomfortable, and most of them are placed right next to the line.
