This location opened very recently and unfortunately it wasnt worth the money. 14 bucks total, one of the orders was for torn burrito that was wrapped up in an undersized square of aluminum so it didnt cover the whole thing. Then the person at the register handled it with her ungloved fingers and touched all over the exposed part and tried to passed it off. Gross. The ingredients are limp, flavorless, unfresh and soggy. Maybe bc the ingredients have been exposed to each other and under the warmer for a long time? Even the sour cream was watery. The other order was a quesadilla for 4 dollars, and it was a joke. I wish i could post the picture of it. It was a dash of cheese, like a couple of tablespoons of shredded cheese that had no flavor, melted unevenly, only onto a small middle part of the burritto wrap. Did they microwave it? Bc it was all stale along the edges as if it was. They took 4 dollars for that but at least the person who underwrapped my broken burrito, made sure to over-wrap the "quesadilla" with the aluminum instead. When I got the food it reminded me of like wet dog food, but for humans. The chipotles ive tried in the city before tasted different. Fresh and flavorful. Perhaps Chipotle now in general isnt as good as I remember? This location used to be a taco bell before which I tried a couple of times. Honestly, in terms of quality, the chipotle and the taco bell are not much different. I think it would be great if this chipotle would step up the freshness of their ingredients and front line employees level of ability preparing the food if theyre going to gouge their customers. I was shocked that a better effort wasnt put forward since its their opening. I guess this is the standard of the food. I gave a star because the line moved quickly at least. Im bummed bc I really wanted to like this place but I wont be ordering from here again. I cant recommend another place to eat at that shopping center either. I suggest go to the supermarket and buy groceries with your money instead. :(

HORRIBLE PLACE!!! never felt so uncomfortable in my life. I went there with a friend of mines last night at 10pm and we both ordered a borrito, my borrito was acceptable slightly but my friends borrito was butchered, the tortilla was tearing apart so I acknowledged the woman struggling to put the borrito together with another layer of tortilla. I at the moment told her politely if politely she could make another one cause this one was falling apart. The woman did not acknowledge me at all and continued with the process. When she saw that the borrito was falling apart, then i told her another time "can you please make another one" she completely ignored me again. I got mad so I told her "look that borrito looks BAD!! can you make another one" she then started to make another one. Once she was done makeing the food another short skinny Hispanic girl comes ip to me and gives me a comment " if you order a borrito next time I suggest you dont put too much things in it". First of all i put the right amount of stuff all you had to do was put less quantities cause its a borrito and second thats rude you just dont say something like that to anyone especially a coustomer, then she walked away and stared at me standing mext to her co worker a slight chubby girl cursing and looking at me from a distance . I didnt say anything wrong then felt uncomfortable after paying and processeded on to taking utincles and napkins and endes up eating in the car. Then I realized they locked all the doors before checking the bathrooms cause a guy was trapped inside and they had to open the door again. Im not going to say i wont go to Chipotle again, but I wouldnt make another mistake going to this one agian. If you want business and good reviews serve with a smile no matter what beacuse the coustomer is spending the money and they are always right from what I have learned from my experience.

I Came to this particular location for the 1st time on 07/01/2015 shortly after 1pm and ordered 2 chicken bowls for take out. There were a few people in the place eating in so the place was not crowded at all. The floors appeared adequately clean the attitude did not appear to be negative or unfriendly although I could see where it could be if someone complained about ones order. When I got home and began to eat my chicken bowl the chicken tasted like it was grilled but the texture was a bit strange after I kept chewing the never-ending chicken. The quality of the chicken was definitely not the same as say the Chipotle Grill on Austin Street in Forest Hills. Perhaps time will tell but hopefully the quality of the chicken will improve sooner than later. As for the customer service aspect perhaps management can provide the front end staff who deal with the public greater training when it comes to dealing with people because I myself know that it is not an easy thing when I comes to dealing with the public but bad representation reflex on the business and being that Chipotle Grill is a growing company it is important to always maintain as much as possible an approachable attitude willing to accept criticism.

Ive been to a million locations, ALL of which have been more than accommodating when I ask for plain brown rice (I hate cilantro) as they typically have rice that is not yet mixed with cilantro in the back. I ask the server, he tells me all of their rice has cilantro. I politely explain that every other location will get plain brown rice from the dishes that have not yet been mixed. He refused to look or ask. I was really excited for this location to open, inky to be terribly disappointed. Will never go back to this location.

I ordered a bowl and when i asked for sour cream it had a FLY in it so i told her i dont want it any more so she took the fly out and wanted to give me the same bowl with what i had order again and when i said i wanted a different bowl, she got mad and gave me a attitude and walked away and ended up dropping all the sour cream on the floor and acts like its my fault that there was a fly in there IM A CHIPOTLE LOVER BUT NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS ONE AGAIN

I tried this place for a burrito wrap. The food was fresh and the crews behind the counter were busy, fast and attentive. The price was lower than in Manhattan where I usually eat my lunch. I do not like soda so I asked for a small cup of water and they obliged without extra charge. In Manhattan it would have been $1.85 addition to my bill. Their sensible policy toward sugary soda hater like me has been a big plus for me.

I dont usually review things outside of my expertise (water), but this one is an exception. I went in around closing time with my friend couple of nights ago, and found out that there was barely any rice left for my burrito bowl. Luckily, Brianna, one of the employees, came in clutch and saved me with extra chicken, free of charge, with a side of great service. Thanks Brianna!
